bga 108 Report post Posted April 9 (edited) Time for an update, took her in to Apex on the shore and SJ there changed the springs all round and did some engine work, it really is the perfect height now - it was far too low for a chap approaching 60 - purrs like a kitten now (added a cat pic accordingly )- some seals were letting air in (im no mechanic) so it was very lumpy at idle, not any more . A new IS lip, new number plates as the old ones were bent and rusty a new OEM gear stick gator from BMW (had it with the ill fitting eBay ones) and a new gear knob to tidy the whole thing up inside - still mulling over paintwork as its a little rough close up in places and air con needs sorting still ..
