JohnM575 112 Report post Posted October 24, 2016 http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/used-cars/bmw/auction-1187906407.htm This is one of the lowest km hardtops I've seen for sale in some time. No modifications too which making it quite appealing to the purists out there. Looks like a very tidy example. Just not the most desirable colour (Titanium Silver) in my opinion...$36k-$38k and you would think this would move hands reasonably quickly?
KwS 2429 Report post Posted October 24, 2016 Looks like a nice car, but has crap photos.
m325i 711 Report post Posted October 25, 2016 Could you drive it though? Assuming prices are the same in 4 years, and you drove it daily, you would lose almost half it's value, (plus maintenance).
Cab 148 Report post Posted October 25, 2016 Sometimes cars aren't worth more than others just because they have low mileage, it just means it will sell faster. Some people fail to see that. I think this car is worth more than most other e46 M3's but not by $15-20K, personally.

The cats whilst may have different part numbers between csl and post 3/2005 production ones are in fact actually identical in every way right down to the weight. The way to tell is to see if it has a welded bracket for the pipes or a figure 8 clamp. If it has a figure 8 clamp it is CSL with the thinner wall pipe (hence the reason for the figure 8 clamp) And yes I have had both side by side and on a scale to confirm they are exactly the same.
