Sold my car for $7000 yesterday

Was a nice car, will own another bmw one day.

Just like to laugh at everyone that thought that it wasnt worth squat,

and someguy even said i would get 2.5k max privatley.

My daughter-in-law-to-be has one (a Honda) you could have .... please.

The oil and rusty water from it on my drive sluts me right off!!

thats a good price.

worth it for what it is tho...

people are underestimating the price of bimmers these days

I baught a 96 IS with a blown motor for 4g and i was told that for just a litle bit more i could have goten a runner.... dont think so....

Well done on price, the e30 318is is becoming a rare car , only 40 k made and lots of them end up getting broken up for it's interior , transmisson and diff for trasnplants into other models. I saw one of these sell for 3,700 pounds recently that had low miles. That's over 9k nz.

Was the buyer grabbing your car a "collector" ?

When you factor in equivilent salaries though Neal, the price can drop to around NZD 5k. Taking it solely on exchange rate, doesnt really do it justice.

Like everyone else Im a little surprised at what you got but pleased for you none the less.

Just goes to show that if your willing to stick to your guns and wait you may well get want you want.
