Phil C 0 Report post Posted July 15, 2018 https://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.aspx?id=1695213721 So I went to look at this today. Dollar reserve. I have a E53 4.4 same mileage. Difference is that the e70 looks really worn out while my e53 is hardly worn at all. Wheel is worn smooth, all markings worn off start button, seat really worn, door panels, door handles worn, lots of brken plastic. So I'm asking myself, is this the difference between how owners treat the car or has this one been clocked? Interested in thoughts.... Can these cars (nz new) be clocked or the odometer switched off? Eagle 1659 Report post Posted July 15, 2018 Probably just another well used Remuera tractor by the looks of things. Maybe the E53 is a more durable car? it wouldn't surprise me Sure it can be done but very unlikely anyone has tampered with the odo

GorGasm 563 Report post Posted July 16, 2018 The E70 plastic coatings will be really weak, same as the F10, my starter and handbrake buttons are worn. The E60 and I assume E53 will be stronger. The rest would be down to usage.
dirtydoogle 383 Report post Posted July 17, 2018 My e53 is far better inside than that e70 with the same miles My work e53 is also far better inside than that e70 and it has well upwards of 400km on the cleck. Must be kids or fat people
