If one were to have lost a couple of fairly rare and recognisable wheels in a roadside heist, and then saw some very, very similar rims for sale as a pair in a mismatched set of four, should one feel aggrieved?

Ask for a viewing and if they are yours give them a choice. Hand them over or get the cops involved.

They might counter your choice with a choice of their own ... like how you'd like your face rearranged or similar 😖

A friend had her expensive paddle stolen from a club recently, found it on FB market place complete with her name on the label still ... negotiated a low price for it and got it back on the basis its cheaper than the $700 odd for a new one 😕 Sucks badly.

Why not just call the cops about it? Or get a friendly cop to advise?
