I've come from owning a Audi A3 and a Golf over the last few years and definitely loving the M3 more! BMTHUG 1014 Report post Posted August 1 Welcome. Check if your car has had the rod bearings done as they are a common issue. Also the throttle body actuators can give issues. They also have the common electronic component issues like the the coils etc. Make sure the PCV system is working too and the Idle control valve is in good health. Welcome to the forum. We had one a few weeks back. Google image search shows you are correct with it being in France. They are posting via a NZ IP address though. Let's leave it up and see what happens.
