    Cup kit would be the only superlow kit worth buying. anything H&R is performance over looks for sure. My E30 i told you about in PM handled like rails, that was on H&R cup springs and Bilstein Sport shocks. I really dont think you could go better other than potentially coilovers..??? which in an E30 arent a coilover in the back anyway

    Without any specifics i would guess that the level of inspection also reflects the level of repair you'll get. I would just be claiming on my insurance & letting them sort it out. Precision Autowerks in Glenfield would be one of the best ones around - and i wouldnt be accepting that anyone except your preferred repairer does it no matter what the tyre shop says.

    best to go for a later model e30 325i motronic ecu ,manifold loom set up then get it remapped to suit if need be
