1 pointSpent 10hrs on a 4 stage cut and polish (yet to wax) on the bonnet, roof and front guards. Haven't even touched the doors and bumpers! Photos are kind of avg. hard to show how much I brought the paint back. I didn't actually cut it to hard...just worked over it really slowly.

1 pointI always thought Fort lane (off fort st) in the CBD makes a reasonable industrial/ghetto looking backdrop if a nice car was in the frame. Dead empty weeknights too, even when Imperial lane is open. Actually quite an amazing space for a cafe too but sits practically unused.

1 pointhaha Richard, I went and saw Neil today and checked out his car .. its immaculate! very nice guy and spent lots of money to restore the car to its former glory. suspensions all been redone, vanos all done, interior etc. great example. after all the attention hes getting, hes thinking of keeping it! haha

1 pointConsider the Pilot Super Sport, it's a fantastic tire (I don't recall there being a huge price difference) but it destroyed the PS2s that were on my car. From what I understand, the PS3 is a revision of the PS2, and the PSS is an all-new design. Food for thought.

1 pointHave a pair of standard aubergine leather seats from a 96 e39, availbale for parts, motors trim etc. Drivers seat centre seam has lost some thread. Have retrofitted some sport seats so tensioners are gone. $50 the pair? Will sell bits like headrests, motors separately. Be quick or they are off to the dump.
