As part of me clearing out my fleet - due to my illness - we have now decided to sell our 540i. I've updated the ad - as we will now hang on to the Touring - and I've lowered the price on the Motorsport - as I really need the car gone. I've included the chassis number - so you can confirm vehicle spec yourself. 2002 540iSE (is how its registered - but has the full Motorsport specification) - Silver - black leather Chassis: WBADN62080GF13460 175K NZ New - spec'ed with TV, electric rear blind, fold down rear seats and ski bag. I've got a factory first aid kit (unfitted) for the car. We have only owned the car a short time - and this was going to be a "keeper" due to the great spec and performance. Spent $1000s - getting rid of engine oil leaks, sorting out the broken and missing parts (like the outer underbody trays), getting a second key The bad: Power Steering oil leak - looks to be the reservoir - but could be hoses leeching - havent had time to investigate Usual dings and dents for a car this age - but presents well Usual pixels in main dash issues CD Stacker not functional Intermittent PDC failure - but self clears I'd like $4000 for this car -but open to offers as I need to sell the car. The car is in Wellington PM message or call me on 0272010807 if you are interested in buying the car Cheers Darryl

"Car has been freshly painted not 100% but still a very good paint job" How does a blind person come to legally own and operate a car?

Hey Team So finally got the car back Also took the new ride up to get an x pipe put in and man its a great tow vehicle! We spent about 3 hours doing this at Austins place, lucky the rain held back. Sounds alittle bit louder and raspier but not crazy loud. Also took the new manifolds off and managed to get them painted in some heat protective paint with ceramic. Once motor is ready ill put it all together and give it a heat cycle to cure the paint up.

Thank you @kiwi535!!! Calculated the price per km for both diesel and petrol and turned out to be about the same. Diesel does 1000km per tank on average, which is impressive. Petrol around 750km, both with good behaviour of course. Tank of diesel plus on road tax is actually more expensive... but the savings on fuel economy makes it about the same, if not slightly better. After my test drive today I loved the overall usability of diesel in the city! It tends to pull strong from lows!!! I had three reasonably big people in the car and it felt easy and nimble. I actually really enjoyed it. Just trying to make sure that I am not missing out on something unique with the 328i

I had a go painting up the new bracing myself on Saturday after work Also chopped up boot floor & rubber carpet into multiple sections to fit around brace. Factory fresh. Not bad. Swapped on semi slicks and went for a track experience thing at Hampton Downs y'day, was great fun. This car handles like it's on rails now, I'm impressed..!
