Your car should already be medium case, if not ....upgrade to medium case and axles too. Small case axles have smaller joints and diff flange bolts. Does your diff have 4 bolt or 6 bolt side bearing carriers ???

Possibly the cheap disc pads. Genuine wont do this. We deal with this just about every day. What brand are the pads....your answer may be there. Some disc machinists also dont know how to do there job properly as well...or use good quality cutting tools to do the job properly ( we have struck this ) Our present grinder does a great job.

Give sponsors on the forum as much information as you can Car: Model ie: E36 E28 E34 E39... coupe, sedan, touring Year: Vin number: Import / NZ new: Options ie: Manual... Auto The list could go on & on ...dependant on the problem you might have By now I think you should get the drift. We need as much info as you can give us And a description of what the actual fault is or a pic We get sick off: my car stopped!! what will I do ??? what is it ???.... FFS...call the "AA" if thats all the information you can give us. Some of the help questions and PM's I get are ridiculous. We cant help with alot of the problems you have on a forum, especially if the fault needs proper diagnostic evaluation. We can help by suggesting what you should do, or who to go to, depending on tha area you live in. This is not a rant... I am most happy to help anyone on here where I can . This car is an E28 525E production date 1987 2 different radiators Does yours have air/con and is it auto or manual ?? Tanks at top or down the sides ?? Cheers Glenn

YesI do....every friggen day. You might need a new radiator...may no be able to be repaired. I can supply new a reasonable rates. Need chassis # or a pic would be better

Have you spoken to the panel beater. He should be able to tell you. If they didnt disturb anything you need to get it checked by a BMW specialist or a good sparkie.

You haven't said where the rust repairs were carried out. It could be that something might have been left loose by the panel beaters......maybe not. Especially if the car had no issues before. It may just be coincedental. If this happened on the way home from the panel beaters...I would ring them and tell them what happened and take it from there. I'm sure they'll sort things.

Please remember whether the price is too high or not ( and who can qualify the value ???) please give the owner some respect, he is offering the car for sale. That car originally came from Italy and was converted to RH drive here in NZ when it was rebuilt. I know this because one of my customers is considering purchasing it. The same customer some idiots on here called a "tosser" when he was selling his E30 325I MS...which he actually sold for over $20,000. I have his other E30 325 MS here at work today for the guys on the ANZAC day event to have a look at. Cheers Glenn BTW. The "factory" never made any RHD vehicles
