Hi all, I am looking for an NZ new E30 M3. It must be converted to RHD, have AC and sunroof. Everything else is preferences but those are the must haves. Let me know if by any chance you know of one! :)

There's a guy in the Manawatu with an  Lhd &  Rhd e30 M3's kept in his barn. He's getting on a bit now though and we haven't seen them being driven about much lately. If you are serious, PM me your contact details, I could pop a note in his letter-box.  ( Don't climb the gate if you visit though, there are usually 1-3 dogs running loose on the property.)

Yeah, also  I know a land-agent who can direct you to a house with a ex-Japanese 'suicide submarine'  in the basement and/or a property with lots of sheds with ex US Army Willys Jeeps and piles of 'new/unused' spares stacked away...

The trifecta has 2002 e46Ti Compacts more or less.

    1. The manual has been well tended by previous 3 private owners.

Has clocked 231,000kms, probably a few more more now, has been used to cart the golf gear about by 'the His's' in the family.

Rego on hold, wof to be done next week.

Originally bought to transplant an m54 engine, sold that.

Have 6 vehicles to down-size to, leaving the 8 selected keepers in our shedding.

Car is as you see in the pictues below...

If buying this one only $2600 with wof & some rego

    2. 'Hers' is an automatic one done 189odd k. Will put up more details .. through the week with pictures ...

If buying this one alone $1800with wof & some rego

    3. Parts car for the above. Engine has gone. Had been sold, buyer came to remove the steering rack but only partially did so then abandoned it.

For all 3x, of the trifecta, $4k cash

Please TXT 0204 200254 for any enquiries

So the trifecta is 3 for the price of 1!

Are they no longer available ex BMW? I know it is expensive but this is a part you don't want to mess around with. They often have corrosion at the seams.

I haven't asked them but through the BMW supply chain doubt you would get much change from $3k.

Looking at an OEM one from off-shore still a lot of coin to pay.

We pulled one from a 1971 2002 when we put in a fuel cell. Put it somewhere, in case we put it back to standard trim. Don't see that happening now. Will do a search & report back.

  7. Race Head Development have a lot of information and parts to do this task.

We are doing our second ITB fit with an 's42/ M42' motor in an '02 with lots of local help.

The precursor was an e30m44/19 car which we bought as a roller  before going into covid. Locally dynoed at 170bhp. Was meant to be the between race car until the 'o2 was up and running, which is hopefully soon.

We've just put  the e30m44/19 up on BS For Sale again. 1) As a full turn key car or 2) as a caged roller and /or  parted out pieces

  8. An RHD Individual Throttle Body complete Kit for e30 m42 e36 m42/44.

RHD say gives a +30% power gain, which we found to be the case.

On our e30 fitted with an m44 engine it was dyno'ed at 170 bhp.

Can be heard running. Been used but at a handful of motorsport events because of covid

If you imported all the parts/kit incl freight & gst NZ$2700

ITB's For Sale : $1700 with extra parts i.e. throttle cable set-up & cone filter and connection to the plenum included.

If & when the ITB's come off the e30m44, as shown in pics, either separately for $1700 or with the e30 sold complete $10999

Or as an e30 holmogated caged e30 roller i.e. engine bay stripped and without drive-line: $3999

    Enquiries PM'd of txt 0204200254

All parts remaining will be parted out (Will add these once ITB's are 'rehomed' ):

Link Computer/Sold (Have it on car for a couple of more weeks.)
