Dont know what these are worth but as title states. Auto box out of facelift SA 325i and comes with driveshaft and trans cooler and any other auto bits you may need. Auto conversion anyone I'll say $150 obo but must be picked up in Auckland.

Pieca piss. Take the arse part of the seat off- should just be able to pull it upwards and take it out. The rear back rest part of the seat should also lift up and out. Once thats out (I think) there are 3 or 4 funny grommets holding it in. Take them out and it should slide out with the seatbelts attach. Detach the seat belts and walah.

How much they set you back? Are they steel or urethane?

I've had the same problem when I had my E39. Just ask to be put through to whoevers in charge and have a go at them. Normally solves the problem- well it has for me.

Glenn, who is charging that to repair the curbing? I had some silver 18s that had similar curbing/no buckles and a crowd on the shore did 2 of them for just under 300 all up. Will try find the company name.

Sweet, have done a bit more research and it seems almost everything would need to be solid mounted or nothing solid mounted. Will leave the standard ones in there for now, until I can get some made up somewhere- possible group buy?

Welcome mate, As Martyn said above you won't get much for 8k unless your REALLY lucky. I had an E38 740i with more than 200k's and it was sweet, had no problems with it-ever. Some tight ol' bastard must have looked after it -
My motor mounts and gearbox mounts are shot in the E30. Need to replace them tommorow and am having no luck finding any Urethane replacements. Would I be able to chuck some billet alloy/steel on a lathe and spin up some to the same shape without running into any problems? Looks like a fairly basic job without too much work. Any advantages/disadvantages? Its for a race car/track hack if that makes any difference. Cheers Ashkan
