How hard is the brass thing to put in with the gearbox in?

Yep, at the current exchange rate the GC kit cost me $2500 odd. Then freight, then GST and installation

87 E28 525ee auto. So just drove the car to wellington and back in 2 days and had no problems at all. Turned the car off and went into my house for about an hour, went back to car to move it and I could smell gas.Opened the bonnet and there was fuel on the rocker. Gave the car a crank and it seems to be coming from cylinder 4's injector (if that makes sense). Now, what do I do? Do I need to replace the injector? How do I pull it out without pulling the inlet manifold off (if possible). Any help would be sweet, gotta get to work in the morning! Cheers Ashkan

I had the same problem, ended up spacing the motor up with the AKG bushes, and ground around the lip of that metal

You are an idiot. It's obviously there for a reason. My wind screen got a crack in it today, it is obviously weak. Here is a how to on how to fix this problem. -Take a hammer. -Throw it at window. Weakness is not tolerated.

Just another useless update. Suspension has all been ordered from Ground Control. Have gone to stick with the factory rear sway bar for now and will buy a decent front one some time soon. Also, starting to pull all the brakes apart, have fitted new hand brake shoes while I was at it, re did some of the exhaust mounts and then ran out of money. And now I wait for the shiz to arrive. Also done a final design with Shelly on the graphics... cheers shelly!
