Have tried a BFH but the alloy inserts inside the bushes just move down every time i give it a whack. Either that or when I jack the diff up, the whole bottom part of the bush starts to come out :S

I have been trying to put the subframe back in for half the day and it just doesn't wanna line up. Are there any tricks to get the whole lot into the 2 threaded bolts? And I've also been told to torque the bolts back up when the car is under load. Is this correctus?

If you don't end up replacing it (which would be the easiest way), you want to use somethng slightly flexible that won't crack. Anything urethane based should work.

Can you not bolt it onto the boot hinge mount? Only other place I can think of other than RSM. If you want that plate with the nut on it I can get mine out and send it to you. Obviously need to weld it.
