  1. For real quality you need colour coded kidney...... like I have :pimp:
  2. Im not sure of the fitment, (if some one could post the specs that would be good). After a set of 16"s or 17"s, must have good, (as in tread) tyres. Prefer OEM, but open to anything. Oh and not interested in chrome. Thank you, come again.

    CAM BELT

$180 for a cam belt change isn't too bad, I remember BMW quoting me $500 for a cam belt and power steering belt If you don't know when it was last done then it'd pay to get it done, the cost of dropping a cam belt is horrendous BMWorkshop rang me after i took it in with a 'rough running' problem. They said "buy a Lotto ticket" They reckon when they opened it up, the whole cam belt/pulley sytem just fell apart. One more start and i was history. Only cost $under200

I like it relativley thick in my old 330km motor. 15w/40 i think is in it atm (Castrol GTX 2??). Dont mind a top up with a bit of Moreys Oil Stabiliser too. Have had magnatech in it before, impartial to it really.

    BUMPX2

You obviously weren't brought up in the ghetto. The lower the male's vehicle sits, the more credibility, or "cred'" he has. Thus enabling him to attract members of the opposite sex and scare off potential competitors. Also to add even more "cred" the driver, (and the lower down in the food chain passengers), may add decorative headwear. Prefered styles change from season to season, but indicate the 'sub-tribe' of which the male belongs too. For example the flat peaked, holgram sticker underneath, male, may be scared off by the wollen beanie, pulled down to the eyes. Eitherway they are all after the female 'skank' that is easily identified by a lower back ink marking, dark eye make-up and large hoop earings.
  14. That one horsey, could be a big Mustang.

    Body Roll

True. They are called shocks (absorbers) or dampers for a reason
  17. I had to get new pipes made that come directely from the muffler. The bendy pipe i was talking about. I think F/L may be differnt, but the pre F/L muffler isnt centre with the gap in the bumper, so the pipes snake out to make the tips centre. As they are bent, you can't just slide chome over the top. So new pipes were made with the bend closer to the muffler. Make sense? That pic sucks, they look really good. As good as any full muffler IMO.

    Track car

I wasn't trying to justify the price just highlighting that if it does have decent suspension it is worth paying for.$1000 buy's you good road suspension, which you can't expect a return on and would get you nowhere interms of race suspension. If you have spent the $$ on good race suspension that is tuned to the car then it is an investment in the car and some return would be expected. They could have easily spent over $21k getting the work done, but a car is not the place to try and re-coup what you have spent, esp. an E30, maybe if it were a classic then you may get a return from them?? Why isn't it registerable?? Looks like it has plates to me!?!?! It looks like a perfect car in good condition for a more affluent person to get into racing. Points taken. Sorry just assumed it was unregisterable as its a race car.But surely it is comparable to unregisterable cars, as they can be raced too. I think you could get beter value for a cheap racer.

    Track car

True, but alot of street e30s would have $1000+ worth of suspension, and you don't expect a return on that. Just seems expensive for a stock, stripped, caged e30 that is unregisterable, (couln't you score an unregisterable m3 for about that?), and has a HD clutch.
