to much small carbon =RICE not for me i think a nice kit color coded to the car but thats just me. if i paid the coin for a carbon hood or splitter id paint it anyways, its more about saving weight for me.

Iv been an installer for going on six years now and its more common than you would think. If a manufacturer states it to be 2 ohm stable then the amp should take it. When you bridge two channels together like that you dont lower the impedence you just double the current, you are now useing two IC chanels(each of wich can handle 2ohm loading) and by hooking up duel 4ohm voice coils up in this way you are still only loading the amp up to 2 ohms. iv done it this way sevral times and you would be suprised what you can get out of a fairly small amp so long as its 2ohm stable. alot of the sony stuff handles this set up quite well as does most alpine amps. the main thing to rember when doing this though is to back the level off slightly from max setting or you amp will turn into a heater, unless its a D class of course then its a whole new ball game some D class amps can even take as much as 1ohm like the fusion Johna series ones for instance.

a good mate of mine is a welder and he always puts a couple of small tack welds while its on the car so it sits in the right place then removes it and completes the weld properly. do make sure to disconnect the battery though, engine management computers dont really like spikes in voltage or high current for that matter.

Hi matt I had a similar problem on my m3 with the rear tyres even though the wheels were freshly ballanced and alignment good also (i made my tyre guy check sevral times) it turned out to just be sh*t quallity tyres. i just spent big$$ on a new set of top of the line falkens and all seems to be fixed. Id say try swaping one tyre at a time with your spare and you may well find the culprit. I must admit though id be shocked if the potenzas were to blame as they are ment to be a pretty good tyre but all it takes is one bad egg.

if i were you id sell both the subs then buy one dual voice coil sub and hook the four wires from the sub up so they become two wires then use two of the four chanels for splits and the other two bridge them and then connect the two wires coming from your sub if you do it this way you will be getting the most out of your amp that you can. i know this sounds like a strange way to do it but the specs on that amp say its 2ohm stable so in theroy it should handle this setup fine.

my e36 wears 19s with 265s on the back and there is no rubbing no matter how hard i push her the inner guard is still there all i did was get the guards rolled with the proper guard rolling machine and buy rims with the correct ofset in the first place. my rims are 9" also same as the factory intended it might have bigger inner guards being an m3 and all but i thought they were the same body as all other e36 models. oh i am useing 30 profile tyres that would help i guess. iv been told the rolling diameter is no higher then my old 245/45/17s

Surplustronics is the way 8Ω house speakers is by far yor best option. Also you can get good quality house speakers at 8Ω no problem. Id like to see you find good quality 8Ω car speakers that are not a factory application. what rogan said about the rears only filling out the sound is very true If you look at a high end home theatre system all your sound normally comes from the front and the rear speakers are just small surround ones to fill in the sound as for the bass however that can go anywhere as bass is non directional.

if this is purly e30 based its not made out to seem that way. anyways my fav would have to be AC Schnitzer as they made works of art such as this wee beastie the e36 m3 CLS and yes it is ment to be cls not csl so wish mine was one of these bad boys gotta love those box guards.
