Here is that same car from another angle.

I know how you feel, man. Just last night I had someone back into my car, smashed the indicator completely and then took off! Luckily a member of the public saw and gave me his l/p number. It pisses me off to no end when people don't own up to that kind of stuff.

How does one get into something like this? I'm not particularly interested in the photography side of things, just general exploring. I regularly browse 28dayslater.co.uk while I'm working to kill time and it just fascinates me! Obviously we aren't blessed with the extensive history and old abandoned buildings as much as Europe but I'd love to meet like minded people and see what our country DOES have to offer in way of urbexing locations.

I saw one in Performance Car magazine a few years ago but was rear-engine orientated with a K20a out of a new type r inegra/civic. Had WIDE arches with fat tyres under them. It was a mean looking little car.. too bad I can't comfortably fit in one..

I think I've driven on almost every road in Wellington for this exact reason! Also, I agree on the no music for spirited driving.. Just the sound of the engine and wind rushing through the sunroof is enough for me. Coastal roads definitely make for the most fun. Takes a bit of a toll on the fuel bill though with taking the long way home from work everyday.

My work computer doesn't have sound so I'll check the video out when I get home tonight. But yeah, it was a very cool car indeed. I wish I had kept it now. It always got comments/looks when I would be driving around (#1 feature for a 15yo boy amirite?) Here's an actual picture of my old one. This is after I had already sold it and it had been f**ked, the day pick-a-part came and picked it up. It's the only pic I have. Chrome spray painted hubcaps, wipers and exhaust tip (not joking) were certainly not done by me, thankfully. The body was in a lot better nick when I owned it. I actually went to visit it at pick-a-part a few days later and the entire body kit, front and rear lights, grill and boot spoiler were all pillaged. So there must be a converted Sentra out there somewhere.

Wow, some of you guys were incredibly lucky with your first cars! Here's mine: 1986(?) Nissan Villa Liberta I had never seen one before and still have never seen one since. It's essentially a Nissan Sentra of the same year with a different kit. I bought it for $400 and sold it for $800. It was the most reliable car I have ever owned, the only thing I ever had to buy for it was a wheel bearing. Then it was sold to a dumbass 15yo girl who managed to f**k it within a month.. Snapped cambelt.. She replaced the head I think but it never ran right since and ultimately was laid to rest at pick-a-part First car I ever bought/drove/worked on/sold. Obviously these aren't pictures of my one but I think I have one floating around here somewhere, I'll upload if anyone is interested.

I was there in Seaview when that happened. I didn't see the actual accident unfortunately but certainly heard it and I did see the resulting carnage. Enough to bring a tear to the eye.

lol how embarrassing. Wellington needs a car cleaning station I reckon, there were at least 3 in Hamilton when I lived up there. That's the bad part about parking in a parking garage at home eh, no where to clean the bastard!

Slightly off topic but... what style wheels are those? Unless it's just the lighting on the pic, I don't think I've seen them before. Especially not on an e36 anyway, they look awesome!

Got to check out HOSTGE at BP Roadmaster on Taranaki st this morning just before 6. Was goona take a picture but there were a few people around and I thought it might look a little suss Smart looking car anyway, love the wheels.

@_Ethrty-Andy_ or pulse... Are we able to get new stickers for the ends of the plates? My black nz rep stickers are starting to peel on the corners... I may have blasted it a bit too hard with the hose while I was cleaning my car...oops

It's not a bad looking car, though it's not a good looking car either haha. Kinda looks like an R8 from the front and an Aston from behind.

Am I able to get a high res versions of the 1st & 3rd pictures? They would make an awesome wallpaper!
