Been through this so many times, have replaced all bushes front and back bar the diff hanger one (i have a urethance replacement waiting to go in). Both engine mounts have been done. Exhaust is all brand new and secured properly. Every reason that we come up with, we rectify and it still happens! I managed to do the round before last without any hiccups, but then the last round the fan blade snapped lol. I can only put it down to dif hanger and possibly right engine mount (which was new this year but has taken a beating). At the moment the easiest and cheapest way is to just install an electric fan!

Thanks guys. New one on its way thanks to Ray. Now just need lose the viscous fan altogether and go electric..... I can't afford a 4th radiator!

Exactly the reason we are doing well - that and also having the right product for the right market at the right time.....

I work in New/Used car sales and our business hasn't felt it at all - it is working to our advantage for some reason. At the moment we are struggling to get all our cars PD'd etc and delivered! We are busier than ever and as we keep saying in our meetings 'if this is the recession, how are we going to cope when we are out of it?' To give an indication we have sold well in excess of 100 new cars and not far off that figure in used car sales. That is made up of 4 new car brands and a large range of used. I do know however it is affecting some of our competiters, although having said that there are other reasons other than the recession which could explain their losses.

Had a very similar problem, and fault codes on my old mans e38 728i, turned out it was the secondary abs pump needed reconditioning. Since thats been done the abs/traction lights have never come back up.

Does anyone have this type of Radiator for sale? I managed to put my fan through mine at the last round of intermarques. If someone does have one please PM me or text/call 02102777666. It is for my manual 1986 325i. 2 pipes coming off the left side, 1 to the expantion tank on top and has tanks top and bottom rather than side and side. I have a 3.15 diff from an early manual 325i e36 if needed - non lsd.

So jealous! I will get some of these in the future..... Will be good to see what they look like on yours first though!

Give Mike @ Tornado panel & paint a call, they are in the hutt. They do most of our yard work and its not uncommon to see exotic cars like ferrari's etc in there - they do a fantastic job. I have had some work done there and will be going back for the rest to be done. If your doing the bonnet and drivers door you will need to do the front right guard too as you need to blend the paint anyway. Give them a call and take the 'IS' down there and see what they say. My 2c....

Done it on mine (not smileys, but facelift lights) - just wire up to the right wires (park to park, dipped to dipped etc - only thing that doesn't work is the headlight height adjusters, unless you were to wire them up to a switch maybe?
