  8. http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Motors/S...n-266335540.htm damn thats a cool car. Worth a click. Don't see many of these.
  9. anyone able to suggest a plausable explanation for all the changes in rego? "EPF548 2008, October 1st EMK943 2008, June 20th BZK349 2004, April 10th "
  10. $650 is a pretty good price on a M40 conversion, very hard to buy these days. Doubt you'd find cheaper around. You dont have to buy the engine with, but I would have thought $900-$950 for both would be fair. That said, if you watch trademe you may find a whole car for a little bit more, that way you have everything to convert it.
  11. yes, yes they do have to be 4x100 lol.
  12. what about leaving it auto, believe it or not experts say 'most people prefer autos nowadays', so may just boost the value of your car by leaving it auto

    muffler?

http://recoilforums.com/archive/index.php/t-35416.html this guy suggests pitstop are hte NZ Suppliers. Give ya local shop a call, if your on the shore or in Auckland talk to AlsMufflers. They sell the buggers too I believe.
  19. Give our forum sponsor Ray a call on 021 2 HELLBM, he should have what ya after. Don't think it matters whether they're facelift or pre-facelift.
  20. In all honesty, having owned a high km' E38, I would probably look at an E34 as suggested above. Same engine, slightly smaller car, I would have thought far easier to sell and they're bit more common in terms of getting bits for. Something like: http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Motors/C...n-263724430.htm but maybe its the shape that does it for ya, the e38's do look very nice.
