Word is the new 002 are as good as RE001's, but with better wet performance.
Any one got em?
Can someone point me at a central auckland tyre place who can hook a honky up with a set of them at a sharp price, or possibly RE11's in a 205/50/16

RIP Steve Jobs
he certainly changed the way we all use technology

We have managed to secure a very limited number of Goodyear's legendary Eagle F1 GS-D3.
Strictly Limited stock, first in, first served.
only $179 each!!!

Hi Matthew
sorry for the late reply.. Your M5 should be on runflat tyres so it is best to stick with the OE rims as they are designed to be used in conjunction with the runflats.
On another note - how are you getting on with finding a new car? PM me if you want
cheers

Looks Awesome Oli - I was there on Sunday but the terrible weather put me off from walking around the pits. Hopefully will be able to catch up at Puke if you are coming up.

When are the RS reps coming back in for the e30 Johno?
Ditto! I'm also waiting too
any 15 x 8 RS reps this time round? staggered like the 17's were?
If you get some 16x8 (or similar) RS reps I'm in for sure. Especially if they're a low offset like these!
The RS reps won't be here until next year at the earliest. The factory we get them from is a long way from any other factory and the logistics of making up a 40' container is very very difficult. Rest assured, you guys will be the first to know when they are back in stock

ONLY 2 sets left!!

I was at a store in Hamilton today when you were phoned . I had a bit of a chuckle to myself when he wrote down your name and phone number and said he would give you a call back
.
No offence intended
ps - buy those Goodyears - they are cheap!

Toyo Proxes T1R 265/35/ZR18
Bugger! I t will be very hard to find another I think unless you come across one on TM.
-
I don't know if this constitutes a cross post but if they do no doubt the mods will remove it.
I just posted a WTB for a Toyo to replace my one that is totalled but has a near new mate looking for company. Probably most of the dealers (Zanetti??)look here first so I thought it would be worth a heads up to look in the WTB.
No point in checking with the distributor in Hamilton as the tyre has gone out of stock and has been replaced and they have no T1Rs left.
If I can't find a decent one then the good one will need to go in the boot as a spare...which does mean I'll be able to sell my OEM wheel and brand new Continental so I guess there is an updside
what size tyre are you looking for?
-
Nice looking car - our BBS LM reps would set it off perfectly!!

Well done Glenn!!
I can't believe it has been a year already....
-
I especially like the little red light

I had 16x8 0p wheels on my old e30, with 205/45 (I think they were) tyres and the unrolled guards pretty much sat on the tyre.
I'd say you def need the guards rolled, I still had rubbing with the guards rolled
(That was on 40mm drop jamex springs for reference)
Bang on the money. These wheels have a super aggressive fitment for all those "hella-flush" fans. We just sold a set to a guy with an EK civic. He knows he is in for a lot of work to get the wheels to fit but when you want something you WANT something - lol.

better off with this one

2.8 is definitley the better way to go. I used to have an automatic m-sport one. It was a great summer cruiser

looks great John
are you going to paint the inserts to match the vehicle?
-
Those would be BBS CH
quite correct sir
sorry for the late reply guys but I am in China at a trade show and visiting some factories and this is the first time I have been able to reply. For some reason the Iphone won't let me post a reply
. Over here step lip dish is huge and everything else is about having big concave spokes. We have just ordered some and new styles should be arriving in the next few weeks.
Greg we have stopped bringing in the CH as the factories didn't quite get it right and they didn't have the concave to the spokes. The good news is one of our factories is currently testing a CH-R replica and it should be available early next year.
I am back early next week so will try and upload some pics then
cheers

People need to calm down!!
All that has happened it is that the wheels have changed. It is still the same car.
If Yongxi put the originals back on suddenly everyone would be saying how cool it is again. We were the first to actually see it and the pictures don't show the true colour of the wheels.

Have PMed him yesterday but awaiting reply .. I've left it late, hoping to sort something this Friday, but if I need to I'll hold off.
sorry mate have been running around trying to sort out my trip to China. Have just sent you a PM

Looks very tidy after the cut and polish!
My wife's red Airtrek is starting to fade badly as well. Someone recommended Meguiar's Ultimate Compound and then heaps of wax. What did you use?

Unfortunately not - The RE002 is replacing the RE001. They are almost out of the RE001 and only have a few left in some sizes
