I had the same thing happen to me with a 1600cc escort engine and they were MAHLE rings too. Atleast a set of rings was only $40 lol

I painted my rims on my race car with dulux spray cans from mitre 10. Just rub the rims all over with paint thinners then give them a good coat of paint.

It could be a worn cam that is causing the flatspot in your engine

You dont need that locating screw. The wheel bolts hold the rotor on to the hub.

Inka orange!!!! All the way!!!! Haha

Why dont you just pull it all out?

I dont know why BMW think they can charge $60 for 8 flywheel bolts! Even though they are high tensile. Thier prices are ridiculous most of the time.

I dont know what the advantage of the 51mm struts are. They're just heavier. The 45mm seem a better option in my opinion

As some of you might remember there was a rusty old Isetta on trademe for sale a little while ago.... Well me and my dad bought it with the intention to restore it. When we got it is was like this It turned out a guy had it sandblasted and then left it outside for a number of years without any paint After we got it home it got attacked buy an angle grinder with a sanding disk to get all the rust off (this took two days!). It still has a heap of steel behind the rust. It then got pinted with rust killer. We laid it up for a few weeks then had a crack at getting the top half of the car sorted. It turned out perfectly! All the holes were patched and boged over. It then got a coat of lime green paint to see how straight it turned out and here they are. (excuse the runs in the paint lol) The green isnt staying for long either. Edit: Can someone tell me how to upload more than one pic on this post???

Doesnt the drive shaft out of an E36 328 fit straight in?
-
Are you doing much work to the engine? Or just stock for the time being?
-
How are you going about the engine mounts?
-
My dad had a 4.2 S2 XJ6 manual for about 10 years. My brother got hold of it and put fuel injection on it along with twin turbos lol
-
Doesnt a standard 325 have 169hp? It doest make much sence to me to spend $2000 for a 10hp increce
