  1. If your license is on the line, and you believe you weren't in the wrong, stump up for a lawyer if you can. It's a no brainer if your license is on the line.
  2. Well really you answered your own question did you not? You could represent your self in court if you wanted to but other than that if you don't want to pay for a lawyer you don't have much choice I wouldn't have thought.
  3. When I had my E36 Jeff Grey palmy claimed such a thing didn't exist for the E36 M sport, So i found some at repco, cut them up a bit and made them fit. Sorry I don't have a better pic
  4. Looks horrible, mainly the wheels
  5. For what its worth I've had a set of these before in 225/40/18 and was very impressed with how they performed and wore.

  7. Most cars have common problems/issues if you pick hard enough?

  9. Seems like some real genuine interest, from serious buyers. Questions and answers Ask the seller a question HI MATE IS THIS KIT PLUG ND PLAY FOR 1987 E30? rushh (16 ) 12:19 pm, Tue 9 Aug as per third paragraph, no it isnt. you will need to sort a pinout diagram and make a wiring adaptor, as in the facelift year of 88 for the E30 connevtor between the engine and the body changed. mechanically it will bolt up fine etc. this adaptor for the plug harness will be your only hiccup 1:21 pm, Tue 9 Aug my 1985 bmw 728i e23 is a manuel put i want 2 put a later model engine in it wooid u do a deal with that 2mudgee (37 ) 4:08 pm, Tue 9 Aug anything is possible, but i dont know how much work it would take. You would have to rewire the plug to make it work. Its wired for cars with a C101 plug. I would not be willing to install it in your 7 series sorry. 9:10 am, Wed 10 Aug and wood take much 2 put it in 2mudgee (37 ) 4:08 pm, Tue 9 Aug I have no idea, never done the conversion to an E23 sorry 9:11 am, Wed 10 Aug
  10. Have seen it before, Very good.
  11. Good Result mate, Glad you got it sorted
  12. New experiences are always good, Maybe they need to give you an M3 demonstrator for your time there to sweeten the deal Haha
  13. I would have thought the term aftermarket refers to any item that didn't come on the car as standard when it left the factory is classed as a 'modification' E.g Wheels Stereo Lowering Springs/Shocks Engine Turbo Etc etc. I would have thought it's pretty straight forward and well published the need to declare these types of things on insurance policy's. The fact it could be OEM doesn't really mean anything, If I put an S50 in my 316i does than mean I don't have to declare it, because it was OEM in an E36 but not specifically the car I own. Same theroy and it still doesn't work. Also, Do you technically need a cert or not? (I don't no what size Tyre your using)
  14. Check the wording in your policy document. If it says ALL aftermarket accessories must be disclosed then yes they can try and refuse your claim on those grounds. Might seem unfair but that's the contract you agreed to when you took up the policy.
  15. These look more like you mate, Nice and Tidy http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/used-cars/...n-391933736.htm http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/used-cars/...n-380425804.htm I would get a lower spec E46, E.g 320,323,325 and get the BEST possible car for your money. E.g the best car of the 'worst'model. Not the worst car of the 'best'model. Hell my Mrs has a 318 and its a pleasure to go for a spin in. I love it. Don't be put off by the smaller engined E46's, for what you want they are actually ideal.
  16. This person is hardly in a position to lecture the seller on English. F**king Idiot and Racist.

    RUSTY

I love where the fuel-cap is on these. Would make a great fine weekend cruiser
  18. I would have thought in the $300's isn't to bad to ship 4 wheels from the UK? Edit - Also when dealing in International freight cheap isn't always good. I always use either TNT or DHL and have never had an issue.
  19. Yep, I think it the guy was paid by Toyota
