Have also seen the 507hp plated M5, parked in Palmy quite a while ago. If my memory serves me correctly it's an 05 model?

Can answer a few - 1. Chain Driven 2. Unsure what it costs to replace a chain? Havnt heard of it been done on here to often 3. I run 91, seems to be fine. But it his a hotly debated topic 4. Yep 60 or 65l? 5. Most i have got is 715k (long trip) but I usally get 600-650 with 30% town 70% open road. They are a bloody good car, good balance between performance and economy You should get a good one for 8-9k, don't hesitate to offer under the asking price. It is a buyers market Alex from Car spot has a couple at the moment - http://www.carspot.co.nz he's a forum sponser on here

I did that in our companys ML270 when I drove from Armidale, NSW to Brisbane, QLD. It was awesome, took me down dirt tracks and all sorts! It was Shorter in distance but not in time
-
Well Done, That would be a sweet drive!
-
Nice looking 540. What have you got planned for it?
-
Yea i'd go with one of the bigger three above, Just less risk when claim time comes.
-
That C Class wagon looks sweet!

Well if past history is anything to go by....

Was keeping an eye on the $1 Reserve Avus Blue 320i on Trade me like mine, You said you withdrew it for Finance Company Security Reasons when it was at about $3500. I paid $12k for mine 18months ago, Dealer wanted alot more but offered him that in cash and he took it. Mint condition 92k. Amazing how much they have come down in price

Totally mint touring, Looks so good with the kit. Good Luck with the Sale

Always liked the look of that E28, Well Done!
-
Sounds like a good plan, They may even be cheaper when you get back! Are you heading to bejing with the olympics?
-
I love the E36 Shape, The build quality, and the value for money that you get. They are an excellent all round car, Had a few little problems with both but you seem to get that around the 100k mark with E36's.

+2 Thats well put 318mouse.
-
Sorry thats my bad, missed that bit when copied and pasted it.

I agree, I think the prices they charge represent real value for money given the amount of exposure that you gain - The stats for it are mind blowing. People online right now (live) 57,226 No. of active members (live) 2,021,419 No. of current listings (live) 1,202,766 Average time spent on the site* 18 minutes Number of people who visit each month** 4,076,322 Average number of people who visit each day** 464,700 Busiest day of the week* Monday Busiest hour of the day* 9-10pm Why shouldn't they up there fee's now and again, I don't see a problem? It is a business after all and I don't consider the fee's to be excessive.

That sucks, My mates G/F rides horses and she has had similar problems. Good luck finding the person.

Cheers Glenn, I'll probably just take it to Peter Beck who does alot of european cars. Rather get it fixed by an expert than do it myself.
