So funny, I live in Christchurch and just removed my wheels because of the jolly offset. Keeping my eyes open for something with the correct offset and at some stage sell off my rims (bugger....really like them)

Welcome ;-) Nice straight e30 you've purchased. I'd suggest adding your request for parts to the parts wanted to buy section for a better responce. Not sure which part of the country you're in but I do know alot of members have removed the ol cassette systems and should be relatively easy to get. Thanks, kindof thought that it should have been a simple replacement since I took it out of another e30 which was stil runing the standard bmw audio equipment. Gonna attempt getting at the cord and shortening that. thks for the thought.

Thanks for the thought. I'm thinking that shortening the cord will be an absolute pain, but potentially the way to go.
