These are the gay wheels that 10V, 20V Quattro, and 10V turbo Quattro's came with. I have a feeling that S2's in NZ had them as well...

its badged as an s2, badge looks wrong. its a sport at least im sure of that?

S2: kerb wieght 1473kg ground clearance 117mm 2226cc 10v turbo 5 cylinder with bosh motronic injection 130kw@wheels 0- 60 6.9sec 5 speed manual final drive ratio 4.11

good idea i think cain. well yeah i thought they were rare too, i mean you hardly see the N/A coupes around! -since i got it, i picked up a performance car mag, one in there dyno'd 172kw at the wheels, i saw a white coupe at continental yesterday being serviced, and i saw a sedan in takapuna a few days ago...... you dont notice specific types of car until you have one eh. still keen for a nice bimmer to replace it....

1993 S2: kerb wieght 1473kg ground clearance 117mm 2226cc 20V 5 cylinder with bosh motronic injection single KKK turbo 168.5kW @ wheels 153.43bhp/ ton 0- 60 5.7sec 6 speed manual 4WD final drive ratio 4.11 - those are factory specs, not sure if mines factory spec still or not. seriously guys, these cars are an absolute BITCH to work on- every single mechanic i have talked to lately got that look on thier face when i told them that i had a turbo 5cyl coupe...

Well ive had my S2 coupe for about 2 weeks now, so u know, probably time to move on any ideas on how much i should ask for the S2? actually the service/ parts price and availability has suddenly dawned upon me, so im looking to sell before anything goes wrong (which im sure it will) id like to see myself in a nice late model M325i, 2.7 or 2.5, it doesnt matter- i wouldnt be able to tell the difference.

if it helps, i sold a 2 owner ( i was the second) 1989 FSH manual 316i 2 door with NO OPTIONS and 190km for $4500 a few weeks ago. It was not in perfect nick when i sold it, and it had a dent in the passenger door. The sale was to a BMW NZ manager. So i expect you will be able to get a lot more for yours! ~nath~

No idea aye. The car's been serviced by them from new, but still not sure why they discounted. Maybe ill ask them today when i drop the oil cap off nath~

No mistake, he told me that i would get a discount, he just didnt say how much....

Ok guys, Jerry Claytons are king. They drove to my house, picked me up, brought my car out to the door at jcbmw for me. They quoted $760, which was a good price, They gave me a discount, so it only costed me $416 incl. GST!! They did a full valet on my car also. It drives soo much better than it used to now. I did an engine flush myself tonight, and an oil change, and forgot to put the filler cap back on. Lost the cap. I went into JC at 6:15pm, most lights were out and a few ppl were around. They took an oil cap off a new car, and gave it to me, and said to drop it back in tomorrow. Saved. JCBMW rock. nath

I got it done at takapuna, but yeah i have dealt with the guys at Wairau and they rock too
-
i selling aye... she's already in the workshop neway
-
Yeah includes labour, and apparently he's gonna give me a discount too...... JC seem to be really good people, both with service and sales :thumb:
-
well my clutch was fine yesterday and today when i went to drive it it was as slippery as a whore, and only slightly driveable.... called Jerry Clayton BMW, i took it in, they took me home, and it will be fixed tomorrow afternoon. they quoted $760, but for some reason theyre doing me a discount, and doing a service. Really nice folk in there too. a clutch kit from repco is $760, similar price from BNT (although the guy didnt seem to really know what he was talking about) to get it done at bmworkshop was going to be just over $700 And no, there was no hope of me doing it myself with my skills and knowledge.... and plus, i needed it done quickly, and JCBMW are doing just that:) BMW servicing been great for me on the times when its needed

meh, impartial. it was well done, but a little too predictable, it seemed like it was literally just about bridging the 2 movies together- they could have given it a bit more guts. interesting to see how the emperor came about too. darth vader rocks
-
oh gay, oh well ill keep looking. yeah come to think of it it was the time before that one..... the night u walked home, helena paid cause she was so damn ripped!
-
Hey Ryan u still got those bottlecaps? mine are stuffed..... ...remember that night i spent like a hundered bucks on your drinks..... hehe the night u fuken walked home!!

That car that they suggest looks like a 318i, not an M3 is a 350i

Yeah a late 90s camry or something would be good, they cheap as hell too- in 97 my old man got a V6 GLX camry for 56k, it was a gift for his recently divorced wife, my mother- who rejected it and it sat under a tree for 7 years. sold it this year for 7, and it had leather and elec seats an stuff.in saying that, it used more gas than the (then) current model 4.0L fairmont
