mines are the 1's with the EU logo and 'D' on the side similar to this 1 http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3247/247035..._d55a676a2d.jpg I couldn't afford the real legal ones as they cost like $400 for a set plus i like the EU logo better than the NZ flag

Thought i might share this with you guys I was parking my car outside my work this morning when a cop spotted my illegal german plates He was just having a glance at my car at 1st when he suddently noticed something different. He wasn't sure what was different, so he sloooowly walked closer, closer and closer. At that point i still hvn't turn off my car, and i was thinking if i should jst drive off..... but then even if i drive off i reckon the cop would jst chase me anyway, so i gave myself up Now I have to change back to my shitty NZ plates, instead of my looovely german plates.... I had them for more than a year now, and I am sure i'd miss them on my car

is ur car facelifted or pre-facelifted? non-M or M spec? and what colour?

i had them on my old E46 preFL sedan and they looked good highly recommended and that missing LED in the middle u won't notice unless u walk really close i can dig up some clips n pics of my old car if u want

what if i put 17" at the front and 16" at the rear? ie..... i put 2x 16" wheels at my boot, can i still pass? caz the problem is I only have 4 direction and 1 assymetric tyres to play with and what about those space savers? if they hv to b matching pairs...

If I have a set of directional tyres on my car and an asymetric run flat on my spare 'non-runflat' wheel, can I pass WOF? I go to different tyre shops and ppl keep telling me different stories. Some say I have to have 2 directional tyres on my boot, some say I can have anything. I am so lost right now!

but how do you actually know how much torque u are applying anyway without proper tools? i know ppl measure tightening torque using a digital guage of some sort but what about we want to say.... tighten bolts on our shock mounts? how can we tell

Are your headlight covers sealed? If yes, u will have to use a heat gun to soften the seal to pull the covers out If not, google and DIY

Is there a way to remove/replace part# 19 without cutting the wires? It's for my E46 sedan park light. I was trying to pull out the bulb socket (part#2), pulled too hard and damaged those little pieces of metal contact inside the plug housing (part# 19).

Would have bought the wheels already if they were in auckland how much is it to ship them to auckland?
