Yep.it has the emblem. I'll give it a good clean if you want it

Go do I tell? Will there be a bmw code on it or something?
-
Ive recently seen how they've done it on the Mrs' Swift and it appeared to be fairly easy. They used the windscreen silicone, spacers, heavy duty masking tape, flat blades and thinners. I think the hardest part is getting the windscreen out, but Brent from BMWorld may have a contact who can do this if you cant.

Need dash lights and error codes cleared
francoisv replied to francoisv's topic in Electrical system
Should be able to, I'm only like 200 meters from you. I'm taking the car out for its first test drive after the engine transplant. I think the only light that's on is the Auto transmission light, might need DME flashed. OR just black out the light since it's not needed. -
Anyone with a scanning tool keen to come clear some dash lights and error codes (if any) off my E36 with M50? Can pay in beersies, lolly water or cash.

Drove past this last night, look pretty good. Should do a photo shoot with the 3 36s sometime, mine will be ready in a week or two

I assume so. Actually I do have dot 4 brake fluid I could throw in tomorrow and do a quick bleed.
-
Yep yep, steering and hand brake functionality still there. Haven't tested foot breaking yet as I've drained the racing brake fluid from the front right caliper

I know how that feels, did the same conversion in my E28 and the wiring was an arse
