Depending on offset and if you'd like to "dish out" for some guard flares of course.

Because of these "new rules" about stretched tyres, I wouldn't go beyond an 8" wide rim in a lowered E30.

Painting was $125 per wheel, that was just sanding back and painting the centers though, no repair work. I had them painted a custom colour, now called Arrow Charcoal I believe. But the price wouldn't be much less or more if you wanted something else. Will get better wheel pics if you want.

I probably had the easiest car to try on. Sedan, no sunroof. All the trim came off a lot easier than expected. The hardest part was prying the headliner off up by the front windscreen, was almost glued on behind the map lights. Didn't need to take out the seats just a bit of wiggling and a slight bend got it out. Took about 20mins all up to get out, getting back in was even easier!

I'm also in the middle of doing this. For a sedan i used blue base (5 wires out of switch as well) in front, haven't finished rear yet. but the front windows work so much better now! Will finish my rear windows now you've found me a wiring diagram

Yeah I had to take out the windscreens when I painted the car. Taking them out was simple, putting back in on the other hand..... Also, since there's no board to stick it too (if that's correct?) will a flat cut of the same pattern work well? What holds up the middle etc? **I havn't done much research

Right, So I did my GF's E36 sedan in Black Faux Suede in the weekend. Also did the pillars etc so theres no more grey cloth. Looks tops except a couple wrinkles I couldnt roll out around the map light area...Not my car and she loves it so nevermind. Will post pics at some point. I've got the itch and I want to do my E30 now........... Has anyone replaced theirs before? I have this write up r3v write up But it looks like a MISSION, taking out windscreens etc If anyone knows any secrets, hints with common problems, links with a good amount of flix, or wants to lend a hand ...it'd be appreciated!
