As the title says, they are Jamex springs. Don't really know how low. I think the chassis rails were 130mm-140mm off the ground? Came off a 323 coupe.

Trademe Link Always had a soft spot for these, thought someone might be interested.
-
Sure is. Give me a PM if you're serious.

Lol, that was the lip Matt bought off me. Told him it wouldn't fit yup off a PFL. Told you about the offset castor bushes too! Looks a lot tidier than you described it. I'll come around and say hi sometime.

Looks like a weird hot-hatch to me. I suppose this would make it the predecessor of the 1-series.
-
Cheers mate! Yeah they broke when the drum was taken apart. Hopefully this helps a Bimmersporter!

http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.aspx?id=174903516 That should be it. Yup, I see no reason why it wouldn't, but this is a medium case diff not small case.

Regio's and Blizzak's on hold

$90 to Bimmersporters.

Offers before it goes on trademe.

Well...I'd be interested in all the trim bits behind the techII front, fasteners and fender trim. But you probably want to sell that with the mtech front.
-
They look like dished bottlecaps...very very cool. If I wasn't too concerned with ricey 16" wheels I'd rock them
-
Is Mtech suspension quite different to standard 325i stuff? For the E30's whenever I go looking for bits there are two options to cater for mtech suspension and standard E30 stuff.. Was the swaybar mounted differently or am I confusing things with the M3?
-
Ernst at Bavarian recommended 1 degree total toe in in front. (0.5 each side). Provides better turn in...mind you this is with the E30 series suspension.
-
Have some 15x7 race wheels and disc rear end. PM me for price can do a deal on them.
-
How much for the mtech front bumper?
-
What he said ^ Apparently they are...either way, I'm sick of pretending I'm a bus driver.

As above, want to buy a E36 steering rack for my race car. Just a standard one will do, don't think I can afford a M3 or Z3 rack. Looking for a good condition one, as I need it to handle race conditions. Have a disc rear end and a coupla diffs/auto sportshift gearbox (E30)? That can maybe be swapped for the E36 rack?

F20C? I agree, screaming straight four, just like an M3....but with a buttload more power....and cheaper than an S14 ....Not to mention one of the best six speeds in mass production. As for RB's they're a lot cheaper than SR's these days and easier to find. Has just as many off-the-shelf bolt on goodies available too!

Well, I've ended up with 16x7 and 16x8 staggered fitment. Just in better fitment, forged Volks Still need loads of guard rolling though.

Pirelli tyres P6, 3x $60 takes them (205/55R16) -weird bits of wear on shoulders but plenty of tread. Hankook? tyres 2x (205/55R16) $40 02-3mm tread camber wear. (Have to get them off wheels first) Bridgestone Blizzak 2x $40 takes them (195/65R14) -As new tread. Will also have some 195/55/15 brand new $60 Regio brand or something currently on wheels. (Have to get them off first)

I just thought because the M3 is not awfully heavy and it doesn't have all that much torque, fitting a really wide tyre could be detrimental? Even with a skinnier tyre, the contact patch size would remain the same - only the shape changes. But a wider tyre will cause more rotational drag because of the shape of the contact patch and would also be heavier. But hey, I'm no expert. I only speak from my playing with tyre sizes on my old car which was a low torque, high powered NA as well. @ E30-323ti, A 215/40R17 is rated for a 17x8.5, so it is technically not stretching the @ Creaver, I was replying to Old Skool Bmw's post regarding the 245/35R17's

215/40R17 will also go well on a 17x8.5. It's a more common size and same rolling diameter.
