$500? If you go Alpine, I'd go with the older models 9835, 9855 for $300ish, or if you can stretch a lil out to say $6/700, grab a 9887 and have it tuned professionally. You could also look into some of the nicer Pioneer units. Especially the P80RS and P80RSII. Very very versatile and oh so sexy. You should be looking for something that can time align your 3 ways and provide the versatility of controlling your components actively, if you delve down that path. Active DLS components are the sex! My personal fave speaker brand myself I see you're in wellington. The majority of members on NZice that are true knowledgeable buggers about car audio are also in Wellington. They're a very friendly bunch. Jump on the forum and fire that question into them. They're majority Alpine fanboys too

Agree with you there 3 series, but alpine dvd units are priced accordingly. Are you looking for a Single din all in one kind of unit? In which the screen slides out and folds up? Or more of a single din DVD player that has a separate screen?

How much are you looking to spend for starters?

How much you pay for the weld? Ive found a mint set of rare rims I want but one is also cracked

Ive always been a bilstein fanboy. Heres mine on some Bilstein springs and 17x8" rims. Tyres are 225/45 I did have to have the rear guards rolled with these rims as they sat that little bit further out, but its such a simple thing I just did it myself. I think its a staunch height. Lowered her 40mm lower than motorsport springs IIRC. Thanks again to PBoy that got it all done. He still is the lowering king I can never resist snapping a pic when the back wheel tucks like this. I love it so much!

Gotta get that plastic protector thingy underneath off and have a proper look. I really think its coming from under the car not the spring as you can hear it from the passenger side clearly also Glenn would've to check it out been ideal as hes got hoists in the shop. Can really get under her easy, I've seen him

Friday.. what did I do Friday? sh*t I have no idea.. No wait!! I remember! I went to the skatepark and had a skate with the guys, filled the chilly bin. Went home got changed, went Hangar, then Muriwai for the yearly 4WD carpark party. Got cracked down by the police around 12ish, then back to Hangar and danced till 2. Then Back to a mates where we continued to finish the beer, chat sh*t, and dance until 4.30am in her lounge. Safe to say, I think I was busy with prior commitments. AKA sober driver
