  1. Bro its all over the internet already. With the same name
  2. Hope that's not his real name
  3. I'll pass it on to dad. He's all of the above- Civ, struc, geo and licensed surveyor. Sounds like a holiday to me, maybe he see's it the same way. Edit- Nope, hes a busy man. Tied up with his own work and the west coast shakeout. Says it looks like a great opportunity for someone young though!
  4. Agree with everything DRTDVL has posted. My cousin taught me to drive in greymouth on gravel roads. Then Dad in his Hiace between Chch and Greymouth. And then my wee asian mum in her Familia. Cousin taught me control. Dad taught me road rules. Mum taught me to never listen to the woman in the passenger seat.. But srsly, agree with the ease of getting license. I never studied the road code once, still haven't today. And I'm still terrorizing the road. I paid monies, did a scratchy. More monies, drove around Westgate, reversed around a corner. More monies, drove on the motorway, parallel parked. And I'm qualified to drive.

  7. My views from back in May on a different site, they haven't changed.
  8. I still wonder why will the penalty for doing a small burnout in a deserted industrial area, or accidentally wheelspinning out of a driveway, harsher than those for drunk drivers? Edit. Heres the bill: http://www.legislation.co.nz/bill/governme...DLM2095511.html And once again, and excellent point: http://www.stuff.co.nz/life-style/blogs/dr...l-lousy-drivers

Free internets! Sounds to me like a user error?
  13. And I 100% agree with you too, but that's a positive as I see it. With Police presence, the cocks can be arrested and singled out. Because they really love to draw the negative attention to themselves I'm just hoping that a full scale riot doesn't break out because people get too easily caught up in the moment
  14. Wont be in Hams until 10am tomorrow morning, damn. Whats wrong with it? Anyone can protest anything. Its fellas that draw the assumption that EVERY boy racer is evil that cripples the car enthusiast scene. If its a peaceful protest, fine.
