Does anyone know where I could find a BBS Gold colorcode?
-
^ Haha yeah, well to think If I hadn't picked up the Alpina front bumper I would be still rocking around on Borbet reps and a volvo front lip @ Mark, I totally get what you mean, I might get the wheels sorted first before I decide wether I need the stripes or not, sometimes less is more.

Oh god. Not quite a E30 or the right color, but it is exactly what I want God exposed wheel nuts look 8000x better on RS's I am sold.

Something like this: http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Motors/C...n-297402970.htm

^ Sorta similar to what you have planned, but I had this on at one stage on my E30: It is just the light blue (reasonably similar to BMW blue) engine enamel hi temp spray paint from Superheap the 'Prestone' brand or whatever it is, I just sanded the raised edges. Have fun masking the lines white Engine looks great though man, keep it up.

If you want to try canibalise a factory part onto it, there are people in the US (which is a hard comparison to make when there cars are like chalk and cheese to ours) but they use e36 320i MAF's with a piggy back chip IIRC. MAPECU or something would be far better and worth the $ in the long run. Do a search, been discussed heaps on here/ have a look on e30tech thats where I found info. IMO Don't see the point in you modifying the M20 anyway Oli, save up for a M5x.

Mark seems to have summed up the thread nicely there /thread

^ Yeah gold is still winning atm. Seems to contrast great with the $20 note green of my paint.

Thoughts on this color for the centers? As usual I am still undecided, have a couple of weeks till I am pulling them apart. I am also putting smaller tyres on too now FYI, have some worrying inner arch/chassis rail rubbing issues.

That car has some serious potential. Welcome to the forum mate.

As above, has a few scrapes etc. It is the upper brace off the top of the strut towers. I am after $80 Cheers, Nathan

$25 - 45 depending on who you buy them from.

Forgot to add can do free shipping to Mainfreight depot atleast within the North Island region. To the people pm'ing me, I am looking for $450 currently. Cheers

Leave it auto and 1.8 IMO, spend the $ you'll save on the E30 or something else more important. It is just a daily. Looks good on the LM's.

So much win. Looking freakn awesome. One day my E30 will be powered by a m30, maybe even with a hairdrier hanging off the side. Keep up the good work.
