put two on the front (new0 and two on the back (old) - you'll have to get one flipped on the rim as my bet is they're directionals, but saves you two tyres.

You can put an additive in paint to make it flexible. I got my rubber boot spoiler painted with it and you can press down on the rubber and deflect itas hard as you can press and the paint doesn't crack. I've sold that car now, but it had lasted a year with zero signs of wear at that piont.

My bad - I thought of that but assumed that google Earth just used "surveyors" notation (ie 4 decimal places with no degrees and minutes symbols.) I should have checked the "pointer location" at the bottom but since it put me near Piha (by fluke it seems) I assumed I was right.

Aye? Undo the exhaust from the hangers at the rear and slide it out backwards.

Also talk to Andrew - I vaugely remember him mentioning that with the new lines he has just had made he won't be needing his old ones. It may have just been a pasing comment, but worth a try.

I was having a bad day. Retards all over the forum and you copped it. Tough. You're a big boy - you'll get over it. Think about what you say before you say it and everyone will all get along. Thanks for losing the capital letters. I've edited my post to remove the insults. I'm still going to slap you silly for driving like that though - it's people who drive like that on public roads that pwn me and my family cruising along at the speed limit when you can't handle your sh*t and fail to take a corner. My sister's mint (like almost as-new mint) Mk I eskie got written off day before yesterday (literally only a week or so after I spent countless hours working on it getting it up to scratch for her) all because a retard in a 4x4 wasn't paying attention and ran into the back of her at 80km/h+. On the upside the car behind him ran into him so he became meat in the sandwich. And the cherry on top? That car was being driven by an off-duty cop.

Worked fantastically. light is slightly dimmer but exact colour match and less brightspots - more even light and colour. Almost worth doing the other bulb the same. Three coats of "newfire red" which is a pretty good match for henna at a glance.

spot on - two thumbscrews behind the panel thatyou access from underneath by first removing the under dash panel. Once it is off you can unscrew the rest of the plastic trim and instrument cluster itself.

I'd love to be able to dyno one of these to refute the claims and take the guy to court for a breach of fair trading. But I have better things to do with my time. Theres a local school gruop (Young Enterprise) hocking the eletric fan jobbies. I didn't have the heart to tell them the error of their ways. Love to know what the non-turbs skyline customer did to get blue flames out his exhaust!!

Amway have some good products - I use some (not an Amway member, just buy off someone who is) Usana is the same - also buy some of their products of someone I know who is a member. As far as the company structure goes you'd have to be mad to join unless you want to make it your full time job. In which case Usana AND Amway can both earn you decent coin provided you bring the right skills and motivation to the job - alot like any job really. It's not for everyone - definately not for me. My parents gave Amway a bash in the early 90's - it didn't pay off financially, however all the motivatinal meetings and seminars had an unexpected side-effect - they applied all the methods to their own businesses and Dad went from a one-man band to the biggest Electrical contractor north of Whangarei and Mum went from being a ward nurse to running the biggest retirement complex/hospital in the Bay of Islands area. Amway may not be all that sound, but their "training" certainly is no matter what the business.

yeah your starting to win me over - slowly.

Correct. A new e30 owner up here showed me his ride the day after he bought it. It was a tired old 323i that he paid $1200 for. I told him to do service, waterpump and cambelt ASAP as it hadn't appeared to have been looked after all that well. Saw him driving it the following week complete with brand new big bore. He rang me the next day to ask me how much for a pod filter and king springs I had lying around. A week later the cambelt snapped and he's up for a new engine which, installed, will run him more than the car cost to buy. For the cost of his bigbore he could have done the cambelt etc instead. Lesson to be learnt there.

That is feckn ridiculous. DIY FTW!

At US$12500 for a set of 22" (the smallest size) I think I'll pass.

Ahh but I had the paint and the bulb already. And I was in the painting mood as the reason the cluster was out is I was painting my needles red. (Which by the way look way better than yours Gus... again ) If it doesn't work I'll rob a dome off you. Cheers
-
Yeah - the needles are really thin aluminium - I've bent one before almost to irretreivable levels but managed to straighten it out without it snapping. Fuel light is one of the small bulbs that come with the black plastic holder included. Whilst on this subject, I had the bulb for iluminating the speedo go phut on me and it melted the orange plastic 'dome' that gives it its colour at the same time. Have a new bulb in the garage right now with orange "high temp" paint drying. Will put on the car tonight and see how close my colour match is. If it works it'll be the go for all you Honda drivers out there lusting after orange instrument lights.

Go away you tool - your retardedness annoys me. 1) Don't start every new word with a capital letter. 2) If I see you I'm going to slap you silly for driving like that on public roads. Oh BTW there are cops on this forum. 3) It wasn't the pod filter that made you gain 20km/h. It was probably a combination of less fuel on board, a tailwind, and maybe a turbonator?
-
haha too late. Clearer pics would help - hard to see exactly the look you are after from those pics.

I know - is NZ hondas seeing a similar increase in ex-bmw owners? Welcome. Where you from?
