was dropping a mate off yesterday after going to the manukau car show.

out on cascades rd in pakuranga there is a little bridge you drive over ( with a open walkway and stream underneeth ) a old toyota managed to drive over the curb and roll down the little bank. about 5m from the water.

didnt get any pics tho

Yeah, took me about 5 mins to do my turbo conversion aswell.

correct, you can do it in 5mins. also means the turbo WONT work and the bonet WONT shut haha

well how about u gus go on trademe and type in 1992 gsr with full evo 3 kit. and you will magically see figures of around 9gz pop up. and i reli doubt my 316i is wrth that at all. so do the swap buy the bema sell the giza and then with the left ovas rim it and sak it. YAY!

hi guys need measurements for an e3o gearbox mount for the m30 project. need to know the distance between mounting holes. i know the outside ( where it bolts to the floor ) shuold be 33cm? what is the inside ( where the gearbox bolts to the mount ) ?

do you have a gearbox mount? if so can you take a pic and give me the measurements of the holes in it/ cheers

yeah a front mount rediator may work, i have hit my firewall back quite a bit to make my engine sit further back. with distributor and covers on i have 6cm gap to the front panel. what suspension are you using? i herd that the e30 may understeer quite a bit if the engine isnt sitting very far back.

keep the rims and paint the inside a diff colour. not your usual e30 rims and i reckon they would look prity good

need to see a pic of the rims in black.

personaly in sliver they dont do anything special for me

yea using the box that came with the 3.5

have you trial fitted the distributor and radiator? may not fit with your engine in that position unles your running the radiator lower? or have you susd that out?

took the day off work today... made some progress on the e30

now has 3pedals thanks to my manual pedal box and master cylinder...

and rust patch has been fixed .

either cut off or blackout the vertical grills in the bumper. and some eyelids would do the trick

plans this week are to talk to a mate about making up some lower controll arm mounts, as the offset bushes i have dont do much for the caster. ive got a few ideas to play with.

and lower the engine and box into its new home and mock up some engine mounts.

Hi guys, have had this car for some time now but havnt started anywork on it until recently.

got the car off synthe awhile back as a rolling body with some missing parts.

so far ive got

e30 coupe

manual pedal box

5stud rear end insatlled

5stud front installed

m30b35 incl wireing loom

m30b35 manual gearbox

m30b35 full exhaust

m30b35 radiator

and some drive shafts from an e34 and an e30.
