-

Wooo new stuff well just e36 control arms, Heaps more on the way. Before with e30 arms After with E36 M3 Evo arms Next job is to add the front lip and splitter, havent done it yet so here's a pic of one on Kevins M3 Just some random pics I took once the control arms were in... and to finish it off a random shot of a missing diff and the adapters that hold the e46 calipers on. Diff is being rebuilt at the moment but should be back in by next weekend.

Yeah, E46 arms will push the wheel out too far, we have standard arms on at the moment and with et20 rims its hard up against the guards (the guards have also been pushed out a bit). I also have some M3 evo control arms on the way which will change the placement a bit so will see what happens after they go in. I will post up a decent update on the s50 thread in the coming weeks, will also be at Hampton on the 19th of november for the trackday if anyone wants to have a looksee.

Anyone tried these before? Look like an easy way to get another degree of negative camber. http://store.bimmerworld.com/e36-front-cam...m-kit-p610.aspx Or can you just use washers.......? http://www.turnermotorsport.com/html/detai...T_ID=TSU3690036 Keep in mind the car will only ever see the track and not the road.

The most stupid thing is that ontop of the $60 fine we have to pay a $30 court proccessing fee, so effectively I get 1.5 times the punishment
-
still needs to come down a bit more. Its to high compared to what they are going for overseas, back in 2008 I saw a E30 M3 (road going) go for $12000 in NZ. edit - Someone needs to bring a whole lot of these into the country to crash the market again
-
I have sinced moved workplace so that isn't an option anymore. Its a slow day at work so I was just seeing what bimmersport had to say. Would we have got a ticket if we stopped in the middle of the road? (as there isn't any yellow lines there )
-
Are you keen to goto a trackday at Hampton on the 19th of november, thinking of taking the day of work and getting used to driving the E30S50 (need to fine tune my heel toe)
-
The thing that annoys me most is that out of the 5 cars there (me and my workmates finish at the same time and all got picked up that day) only we got a ticket. if there going to ticket people they could at least be consistent

Scenario April picked me up from work a few weeks ago and its 8:35pm, this is located in Hereford street (a side street off K-Road). Its dotted yellow lines up one side and hookers up the other. If she stops in the legal stopping area hookers will come open the doors and jump in or keep knocking on the glass. This is why she picks me up from the broken yellow lines (like everyone else does). She does not stay for more than 30 seconds. The car is turned on the entire time. Outcome We got charged $60 for parking on dotted yellow lines in the mail. Was April breaking the law by picking me up from a dotted yellow line area?

Thanks for the offer, Ray might have sussed me a deal but will keep you in mind if it falls through No Idea, will chuck a fs thread up once the new control arms go in as they will no longer fit
-
I already got another set of RKs in ET35 for less than it would cost to machine the current set. A lot of metal would have had to been taken off for them to fit and even then they might not clear the brakes as the et15's have straight spokes but the et35's have a bow in the spoke. Also a funny fact for those with RK's the et 15's are rated for 7000N of load but the et 35's are rated for 5600N. sweet

Needing 2 or more high offset 17x8 BBS RX rims, don't want tires. Have two mint condition low offset 17x8's if anyone wants to trade. It would look good in the rear of a e36. Also have racing dynamics 17x8 ET20 if anyone wants to swap (bottom of the pic)

I know there are one or two moulds in NZ to make these but I dont know who owns them. Looking to get a fiberglass replica of part 1 in this diagram (part # 51712238178) and what material should be used to replicate the splitter shown in this pic? (part 4)
-
new pic added, deal changed, for $7999 it comes with BBS RS001 and new tires
-
Yeah, I was also offered the 1st but turned it down for obvious reasons

Trackday at Hampton Downs on the 2nd day of the new year (Sunday). It will be a casual day at the track with the initial road speed session for the newbies, followed by fast and slow car sessions in the morning with an open pit after lunch, and the skid pan will also be open for use the whole day. Price is $135 if you prepay for just the track, or its $175 for track + Skidpan. If you show up on the day its $150 for the track + $70 for the skidpan. Transponder timing available if you need to prove anything. No point in doing a keen list as it seems the only ones who pay don't post You can pre-pay via the new Hampton Downs ticket website
