my experiences from buying Tech2 is that when you take the kit off there is rust where ever the kit was.....make sure the wells either side of the rear wheel well haven't rusted out apart from that most other problems you can hear, smell or feel through the car when driving p.s. i wouldn't touch anything with chromes on it as you will probably find nothing much on it is original. Usually causing problems further down the track

Update So car is going in for paint tomorrow or Monday Having the Bumpers/Bonnet/Doors/Pods and Rear Quarter's painted. Rest of the car is going to have a cut and poilish all up he quoted me $500 , think its pretty good, ive been going to him for ages and he does a good job. took some pics just for the "before" and After kinda thing EDIT- At the moment my girlfriend cant decide if she wants to keep it (as she wants a Black Tech1 with a Zender front spoiler ), so if she rejects it, it will be up for sale to find another e30........hence anyone looking for a tech2 325i watch this space

paint looks really destink

i can really suggest a wheel balance, had the same prob with the 325i, swapped a set of rims on i knew were balanced and the problem was fixed

oil makes paint look so good, my dad once used an oily rag by accident to clean my mums car, looked amazing.........till it started collecting dust guess the grit of you fingers caused it to effectively scratch off then the oil in your skin gave it a nice finish

need the pump that bolts onto the engine, also need the belt can do swaps as I have a aircon pump for a e36 m3 cooooooooooool

its an easy job, you need a 10mm socket to get the 4 screws out holding it in the its plug and play you can get ecu's for about $50-100 aswell

haha nah want to keep the car stock as its going to be the girlfriends car just an idea, if anyone has a stock p/fl 325i coupe in black would you be interested in trades? she like's stock pf/l with chrome trim way more than Tech2
