Hi, I'm looking for an e30 for a close friend of mine's first car. We are after a 318, however we will look into 320's as well. It would need to be automatic as well and in good condition, preferably with some sort of service history or recent service. She doesn't want to spent a lot of money having to repair odd parts as a lot of them require. Ideal price would be around the 3-4k mark. We are also looking on trademe but haven't found much lately. Hi, Just a quick question in reguards to e30 headliner. I'm looking at buying one, although it has a tear in one of the seems as you can see in this image: Is it possible to fix something like that? Or would it require replacing the whole headliner? From what I have seen, it seems like an annoying job to do. Anyone know a place that could fix it? And a rough cost?

Actually after testing it a little more, it seems to rev between around 300-1000 while idling. Is there any way to check a leak in the Intake Manifold myself?

Hi, I’m having idling problems in my 1990 325i. Basically it pulsates between around 500 and 1500, and when I go to accelerate, it drops right down for a second before the car starts moving. Occasionally it would even stall the engine. It mostly happens while its still warming up, but can still be uneven while its up to temperature. I’ve had someone check the seals quickly and the seals don’t appear to be the problem. The car itself has only done around 130,000 km’s and had a gearbox replacement around 5000km’s ago. If anyone could help, it would be much appreciated, Thanks.

I know most people wouldn't agree on tinted tail lights, but I prefer them to all red, and standard. I think it would go pretty well, with everything else being either black or white.

Am I the only one that thinks the side skirts look kinda cool? Front and back are terrible though.

Personally I think red wing mirrors suit red cars better. Here is a red on red with black trim (just ignore the roof). Here is another with red side mirrors but the trim is also red if this helps.

Is it just me or is your website down? You seem to like Vignetting a bit haha. Some really nice photos there.

I bought a set of Super Low King Springs off Brent. They came out of a 318 so its much lower at the front on mine, having a bigger engine.

Got the new springs in. Turned out a little lower then I thought. Still needs a wash though

Yeah they would look nice. I was planning to tint them a little when I shadowline the chrome door surrounds.
