I do agree with E30_318i He has got a good point. If you have a good 15 grand to spend, buy an E36. If you have under 10, sort of 5-8 grand, get a good E30. When i was reading the owners manual of the E36 last night, manual is less economical than auto. Maybe its the same with E30? Uh, i dunno. Best bet would be to go with your gut feeling. And If in doubt don't.............................. If a cheap E30 needs work it might be trouble, get a mint E30 with no work for that little bit more. Hope this helps, and good luck with your purchase of ya (first?) BMW. Emma

Ok. Based on what i have been told E36 320i is more economical than E30 320i. I'm not sure about problems, but the E30 we had had next to none. The E36 had a couple though. We had a 1991 E30 320i now a 1994 E36 320i Hope that helps Emma

I think its allright. I don't like it heaps, but it may grow on me. I don't know why alot of people don't like Chris Bangle, he's a good designer i reckon ( think of the E46 330ci and the 645i ) he's just abit.. weird sometimes. It's not ALL his fault, its the board's for giving the "O.K" for production. The a$$ of the 7 series isn't to good though.

Abby! Happy birthday aye, i think the best present someone could give you (if you haven't already got it fixed) is a new master cylinder (or is it the slave??) Or just people saying happy birthday. Emma Have a good one

Yeah, why does the world have to bow down to America? Hmmm they think they own the world... they don't. Yeah its a nice car i think.... I would buy it (with what money i do not know ) but gull wings are pretty useless, just there for show. They look cool though... Ahhh went to BMW yesterday.. saw the 645i .. and it reminded me of how beautiful it is (I think pretty much everyone at Cooke Howlison loves it) Can't wait for the M6 Emma.

"Theres just something about those damn German cars" I think they have their own feelings . Hah man im a f@g talking about cars having feelings. Although Toyota has a different idea about that one

Sorry Hybrid, but i have done some researching and neither are what you claim them to be (and no i am NOT a know it all). They are very similar in looks, but not quite. I will post pics to prove my statement.

I have for sale a white FFM Helmet. I don't know the size, but i think it might be a Lrge, again i am unsure. It has a visor, and it can be pulled apart easily to make an open face helmet. In excellent condition, good leather straps with 2 metal buckles. Has a few scratches here and there, but thats what you would expect for a not new helmet. It has adjustable air vents at the front and nice soft black padding inside. I thought this might be of use to someone because i hearhere is some racing coming up at the Megameet Price for the helmet is $25 i don't know how much postage would be, but i think it would be under $10. Thanks, Emma Any questions just ask.

That is the Z9 Concept ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- One of the most striking features of the Z9 is the gull wing door. But, these doors can also be opened like a conventional hinged door! INFO: In the above photo, the door on the left is opened conventionally, while the door on the right opens up and out, in gull wing style. How is this possible? The conventional doors are actually fitted into the gull wings, allowing the doors to function in both ways. The full-length gull wing doors can be opened automatically at the press of a button on the electronic key. Depressing the button on the remote control will both open and close a door. In fact, holding the button down will cause the door to repeat the procedure indefinitely; in effect, like flapping it's wing! The Engine -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Z9 is powered by the world's first V-8 turbo diesel, the 3.9 liter engine first produced for the BMW 7 Series 740d model. The 3.9 liter V-8 is a common rail, direct injection unit. It produces more torque than any other engine in BMW's history, an incredible 413 lbs/ft (560 Nm) of torque. Torque is maintained constantly between 1750 and 2500 rpm to give outstanding performance even at the low end of the rev range. Maximum power is an impressive 245 hp. Choosing a diesel engine to power a large sports coupe like the Z9 is a testament to BMW's confidence in the refinement and performance characteristics of the 3.9 liter V-8.
