I might add the DVD's have all been played on the TV through a portable DVD player which I don't have. I thought the memory stick would be a better idea
-
It's a 22" Veon, less than 12 months old. The MySky box has a USB port as well, but I'm sure that's only for recording programs
-
Not sure Darren...they're at home...I'll take a look tonight
-
The DVD's are already copies or have been recorded from a TV. I want to put them on the USB stick so I can watch them on the motorhome TV which has a USB port and HD
-
Seems to be working much better now James. All my login issues are resolved as well
-
I"ve just bought a 64gig stick and want to download several movies I have been given that I can watch on the motorhome tv. I tried copying directly onto the stick, but this doesn't work. Can anyone explain in simple terms the best way to do this. I found the googled information a bit confusing
TIA

Oil filter remote housing is leaking. Top hose is f**ked. And who's been undoing and tightening the oil filter cap ?

Is E30 325 MS one too big Tony ? or a Mark5 Golf
-
The correct BMW # is 11 42 17 30389 for a standard filter
-
There is a very visible drop of what looks like either engine oil or trans fluid (its either brown or red) hanging off the hose at the front. Need to trace that further.
I see that too

The water is probably from your broken windscreen washer tubes Adeeb or the intensive washer bottle we took the motor out of yesterday
-
Awesome, Glenn. I hope you cleaned the seats... Looks like the PO liked to watch movies of old men in hot tubs.
Good guess Jules.... the previous owners were gay. They have gone back to the UK
-
My price would have been $220.91 + GST = $254.05. I'm sure the higher price that you were quoted by someone was for a full service
-
I think they need doing if they wore down enough to activate. Could be wrong though
Correct

Never push brake fluid back through a ABS brake system. Bleed it out through the bleed nipple when compressing the piston.

I think I know this car... PM the Rego Ray and I'll check on Monday.
-
Get the gearbox rebuilt or fit a second hand unit
-
Just realised.... new car
-
I would guess at temp sensor Steve. Needs to be scanned first though. Who services your car now ??

If I sign in under my sponsorship account, sign out, it won't let me sign in under *Glenn* it keeps reverting back to B.M.W Ltd or vice versa, and I have to close it down and reopen before it will even allow me to even post

I've been servicing the 530 for the last 10 years. It's in reasonable order for it's age and mileage.
I must find out what Ivan's driving now
-
Who is meant to be looking after the site maintenance now Tony. There seems alot is not working to well and Admin seems to be struggling without the support of the owners. Has there been a change in ownership ?
