I think the spacers are attached to the rails, rather than the floor. all mine seem to do is keep the rails off the carpet.
-
if it's anything like the E30 rail, they aren't welded on.. they're like... pressed in.. (if that makes sense) on my sport seats, they aren't even attached to the rails.. I cut them off my old seats.
-
is it just the little spacer for the rails? like, the bolt goes through that and into the floor?

Okay, so after going out and actually looking, I do have the correct AFM. However, it actually looks like it's been pre-f**ked with before I tried it, so I'm still keen for another one. 0280 202 082 1286615.9

Could you even get the car into reverse... the last time I tried putting a car anywhere near reverse whilst moving forward very slowly it didn't like it and growled at me

I'm not sure, I've never had the proper one. My AFM is the wrong one, (googled, and came up with a 2.0 AFM) durdurdur i am illitirat I'll look it up on RealOEM http://realoem.com/bmw/showparts.do?model=...hg=13&fg=15 Not sure how that translates to real part numbers on the actual parts.

http://www.e30tech.com/forum/showthread.ph...himoto+Radiator Heaps of threads, just search, I've been trying to find pictures for the last 20mins, found one on an M42, looks basically the same, but all aluminuim. You need a late cooling system though.. as far as I can see.

What's the going rate for one of these? Engine is from an 88' 525i, Motronic 1.3 Apparently I've got an M20B20 AFM. lol. My mate's dad had a play with the AFM that I have, and it was running super rich, now not so super rich... but I'd like to get the correct AFM.

Towbar wiring on E46 Facelift Wagon
antil33t replied to E30 325i Rag-Top's topic in Electrical system
You could possibly put a suitably sized resistor onto the brake light side, so that the relay doesn't get enough voltage to trigger the brakes, till 12v goes through it. -
Tried a Dealer? a dealer might want to swap for a Small Jap car that new, with low k's (especially with these fuel prices ;0)

Yeah, the front is very badly stone chipped(but only the paint has chipped off), but I lent my car to my mother and she scuffed it up, so... I'm thinking of just getting it done professionally. When I had it repaired 150 bucks, on top of getting the crack fixed just to paint the front apron. - Beginning to think I should've, cost 80 in paint to turn around and do again. I'm going to get the lot professionally done, I'm over it not being good Would like to get the kink out before taking it down, as it would be cheaper... I tried to heat it up with a heatgun, and make a makeshift jig, but it's very hard. The side skirts are a rubbery material, quite heavy. - different to the front/rear. Cheers for the advice though!

I'm beginning to think this is the norm for all businesses.

Yeah man, I'm stoaked... probably paid a bit much.. but I'd probably never see one of these for sale ever again. The rear is perfect, just all the paint is stuffed lol. no cracks in any of the plastic ect, probably could fix it up myself easy enough... one of the Sideskirts has a kink in it... not sure how I'll go about that.. gonna go down to the panelbeater and get them to look at it.

Now I just need paint <.<
