can you take a pick of caliper and disk etc.

might be your anti rattle clip on your caliper has gone missing?. the steering could be a worn rackend or at worst the rack its self?, these are the common faults i seem to come across alot. best to get it to a hoist and have a look.

when you put it in drive does your drive shaft turn ? if not i would say the gear box is at fault, if it does turn i would be looking at the diff.

you have to do suspension anyway if i was you i would just go from under get her up high as you can drop the cross member, bolt it all up on the floor then slide it all under and up hence no paint damage. can you send me the loom diagram you used dude so i can have a look against mine!.
