Oh mate, I wish I could! However the money will be suitably spent on other endeavors. I hope I can buy one back one day - unless they end up going for E30 money. In which case my loss!

Hi guys, The time has come for me to hand on my beloved M3 to another caring owner. It's a stunning machine and I'm certainly going to miss it. However onward and upward, right? Looking for 18k or near offer. http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.aspx?id=1163207456&ed=true Cheers, Liam 027 314 3431

Sold.

That thing looks incredible.

Very nice car mate, Hope you find a suitable trader.

No I was going to say... Each to their own, but I think forging an M-car is blasphemy. Plus something about that kit doesn't look quite right.

Sorry mate - rear subframe bush inserts (apparently). Apparently you chuck them around your existing bushes to firm up the system. A lot easier than changing the entire bush? Ordered them by accident from Powerflex in the UK - wasn't sure what they were at first either.
-
Price reduced. POWERFLEX rear subframe bush reinforcement inserts - front and rear. http://www.powerflex.co.uk/road-series/product-details/Rear+Subframe+Front+Mounting+Bush+Insert+/11646.html http://www.powerflex.co.uk/road-series/product-details/Rear+Subframe+Rear+Mounting+Bush+Insert+/11644.html $75 for both shipped - were $160 each from memory. Practically giving these away now, would rather someone put them to good use than needlessly throw them away.

That's awesome, it's good to see they're holding strong value! (To our detriment) What a car.

This is special: http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/used-cars/bmw/auction-1042451300.htm Interesting to see what someone thinks it's worth in the NZ market - I've heard it's almost worth exporting them back to Europe to sell (which would be a crime!). Unfortunately I'm not quite ready to rob a bank.

That's different!

S50B32 chain tensioner. Used for a couple of km's in an S50B30 before reverting to original style tensioner due to issues with that particular engine. Is reportedly fine to use in an S50B30 and is considered an improvement over the original. $115 shipped. Cost something silly like $370 new from JG BMW in Wellington.

E36 Powerflex subframe reinforcements. Designed to be used with existing subframe bushes in place - much easier to fit. PFR5-3616 $70 shipped PFR5-3617 $70 shipped

E36 centre-vent with stratified air control. Good condition. $40 shipped.

+1 on that too. That place is mind blowing, definitely one of the most impressive museums in Germany for the technophile.

BMW 318i + otptionals, anyone got a spare arm to sell?

Doesn't look all that special to me. -
+1 I also recommend! Not to be missed.

All in the interest of doing it once, doing it right - I'm a raging perfectionist. Bloody expensive personality trait, hopefully pays off!

You guys are excellent, and this all sounds far too intense for me. I've opted to buy another unit out of Deutschland, so if anybody ever needs a solenoid - I'll have a pair of 'em.

Interesting, will have to have another gander at the Beisan procedures. Did it make any noticeable difference? I suppose it might be hard to tell if you did it all at once.
