    Hi,

I'm looking for a set of style 5 wheels for my e28, happy with 16 or 17's. If you have any for sale please get in touch. Thanks

I’ve got a nice set of 16x8 that’ll work nicely on your e28, dm if nterested

^ not a face lift update, but late 2002 got the MK60 DME. Which allows for Mtrack mode. I wouldn't buy one without that.

SMG says N instead of 0.

It's a less intrusive traction control mode that allows some slip. It came with the ZHP and CSL cars.

HellBM installed it in my car and I use it everyday.

(The standard DSC is pretty invasive especially say in the wet when pulling out of an intersection - it can be quite dangerous as it really cuts power).

Mine is late 2002, not sure mine has the mode you mention?

You will find that non RFT tyres will make it a lot nicer. 18 or 19 wont make a huge difference except tyre price.

Also my suggestion is to go for staggered tyre fit so that would be 225/40/18 fr and 255/35/18 rear. To run these tyre sizes the rims in your trademe link probably wont work as they look like a square setup maybe 18x8. Also i wouldnt pay that price for aftermarket no brand wheels.

Either go for some factory bmw wheels or something quality. (I have a set of bbs for sale if youre interested)

What Bbs wheels are you sitting on Kyu

Hi all, I'm on the Wellington club committee and we're putting together a video from the day that we'd like to use to publicise the club's activities. If you attended and do not wish to have you car included, please PM me with your model and rego and I will ensure it is excluded.

Oh, by the way, if anyone has some video from the day it would be great if we could include it!

Hey Matt, did you guys end up putting something together from the day?

This is based on feedback from a friend who enquired about this car. It was owned by the matriarch of a very wealthy family who built their substantial net worth during the 1980’s. Not exactly high profile today, and certainly weren’t celebrities when this was sold new.

    Nice bit of marketing though

I assume you have the engine out of the car? Why not get the journal reground with new appropriately sized bearings?

Want? Yes! Haha, nah I'm just trying to see what people want for one that needs a little work. I'd think 4-5k?

    Nah, motor still in.

    Looking at options.

What's the condition of your old engine? It's not seized is it? And what's your plans with it?

    No, not seized.

Scored/ovaled crank journal, outside of tolerances. Looking at options.

    Wanna buy it?
