Their both good cars. Its a daily driven occasional track day car, and the Pug will be more capable for less $$. M530i, I've been watching out for them for 5 months and when one is available you can expect to pay between $2 and $5 grand. On average about 2 come up for sale on TM each month. Their are plenty of parts around for em too. Cheers

FYI got a full kit last month for M20 120k with new clutch for $550 from BMW JG Hastings. Shop around & don't forget to buy the right version for your management type. Have a crack at it yourself too if you can! Lots of help around here if you need.

+1 for NAC. It can be hard to find details for them but they are very good for enthusiast/specialist cars and have always accepted my valuation. Have not claimed with them though.

Still looking for a good condition (panel and paint) boot and bonnet for an E30 so I don't have to cough up at the paint shop. The rest of my car is straight except for these panels. Must be Lachssilber (Code 037) and in good straight condition with good, unfaded paint. Need the boot more than bonnet... Will collect or pay shipping. Please call or email if you have these parts. Check all your vacuum lines for leaks with engine starter and clean the whole intake tract (afm, pipe, throttle body) with clean-r-carb. Usually makes a big difference.

Just saw this on TM..... BMW 525i X 5SPD MANUAL 1994 NEW ZEALAND NEW . LEATHER TRIM . FOUR WHEEL DRIVE. $4000 I've seen both E30 and E34 x models in the States and they are very popular over there. Out of interest are there any 4WD Bimmers on BS (not including X5's etc)? Since this 5 series seems to be NZ new BMW must have sold a few here? ps. Mod's I meant for this to be a discussion about 4WD Bimmers, not the TM auction.
