Trademe: $89 Tensioner http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/car-parts-...n-586598913.htm $58 pulley (check if it suits first) http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/car-parts-...n-586378604.htm

From what I read in your links those are for the 6 cylinder models?
-
Or alternatively, I have a full set of black leather seats (front and rear) from a coupe, including headrests and door cards to swap with an equivelent set for a sedan. Front seats are powered

As above I have a very tidy condition rear leather seat for an E46 coupe, black leather and want to swap for a seat from a sedan

E36 windows wont work unless drivers door open
blonky replied to Sinfull's topic in Electrical system
Is yours a coupe? If yes then do the windows still drop 1/2" when the doors are open and shut? I had this problem on my E36 and the solution was replacing a burnt out fuse in the engine bay fuse box - can't remember which one though. I believe the windows are controlled by the DME computer? -
Thanks Glenn I notice it kind of sounds like it's coming from around the left rear axle near the diff, would this still be caused by the above?
-
Hi all, my vehicle is a 1996 318is converted from auto to manual, I had the diff finally replaced with a manual one (3.45?) and not long after the car began vibrating/rumbling violently from around the driveshaft when I take off quickly but it's not noticeable if I take off slowly. It only occurs for a couple of seconds around 2000 - 3000rpms approx Any ideas?
-
I cut mine down myself using the above template no problems

FS: Custom German/Europlates ORDERS NOW CLOSED - Last Order Before Chr
blonky replied to _ethrty-Andy_'s topic in For Sale
Ha I ordered my plates a few months back, had them on for about a week then the northern motorway Police confiscated them for being illegal. I figured the different font of the '0' was the main giveaway. You able to get them in a font closer to on NZ plates? -
Voucher is back up on DailyDo, PLEASE EVERYONE AVOID THEM!!!! http://www.dailydo.co.nz/auckland/streetpro632363
-
Sounds like the same story they feed everyone. Izzy kept telling me that the work done was more than the voucher price but I argued back that the voucher was "worth $599" so I would expect up to that much worth of work, not $90. Even on other forums he claims that he had to redo them several times, blah blah need to blend in the paint, my car needs a cut and polish to match the bumpers (yeah right!). He said that there is ALWAYS someone who is paid to answer the phones and emails so he wouldn't accept that I never got a reply - I suggest you hide your number when you call or just pay him a visit; it would be worth informing Yazoom of the situation too so they can get a better picture on this con artist. Since he agreed to a refund I haven't been able to get hold of him, seems he's saved my mobile and work numbers into his phone so he knows not to answer. It has been 3 1/2 months now
-
One of my bumpers was painted when it was given to me - they painted the base straight over the top which they said they had to sand back, re primer and do it again - doesn't sound like they did any prep work at all
-
Update: Was finally able to contact Streetpro Kits, who was not happy about me posting photos of their 'work' online, and they have agreed to give me back my bumpers (front & sides in current condition, rear unpainted) and a full refund. The maintain their position that it was them who was unable to contact me, when in fact they would never return my calls, and reluctantly have given up arguing - which also saves me from using the Disputes Tribunal.
-
So I have been in contact with Yazoom, they contacted Izzy at Streetpro kits who first responded that I was "happy with the product and spent 2 hours in the shop" when in fact I said I was taking the kit as it is and was there for under 50 minutes". The second response was: "Hi there don’t not proceed with refund as the colour was told by customer that its an aftermarket colour and that he would leave petrol flap Izaaz Ali Director" Well I'm going to have to go through the Disputes Tribunal as I am not pleased with this at all, and Izzy's customer service is incredibly poor and childish. For reference, this is the actual colour of my vehicle - I test fitted the front bumper when I was there and it was pretty clear that the colour is off.
-
Sorry just assumed they use the same as the 3 series, but definitely needs a DIN type battery with the flush terminals
-
You would be looking for a DIN55 or DIN66 battery - usually around $200-$300 for a proper one Don't go buying a $120 Supercheapauto one that will crap out after a year; AA have been good in my experience or pick from one of the other major brands
-
I didn't end up picking up my kit, just came to check it out yesterday and see if they were finished. I have been in contact with Yazoom again who said they will contact Izzy at Streetpro to find a solution because of the poor quality, but I really don't want to leave it to them to make another failed attempt sascha, maybe we could get out bumpers sent down to belicose at the same time to save on shipping costs?
-
Ok, I made some progress: complained to Yazoom asking for a refund, they (Yazoom) call 2 days later to say that they have contacted the place, my bumpers have been ready one month ago? So I head out to Streetpro Kit's in Henderson and what do I find - front bumper and side skirts are painted (rough I might add) but not repaired, and the rear bumper isn't even finished!!! Apparently my rear bumper is only in the paint shop now (they've had it since 5th May) and the guy said he has tried emailing me and calling me for a while, which is odd as my number or email address hasn't changed Office: Customer vehicle just pulled in: Front bumper: Closeup on bumper paint: Side skirts: It kinda looks like their 'painter' was using my parts for practice; the quality is not really good at all But at least I can finally pick them up
-
Yeah that clown Vinda, heard a lot of bad things about him from other forums too, I'm just going to pick up my bumpers and get them done elsewhere.I haven't emailed Yazoom yet will do soon, have you had any luck getting a refund?
