Cheers for the leather tip, once all the servicing and exterior stuff was taken care of the next item was the leather. I was looking into a kit from Colourlock to repair some of the cracking in the drivers bolster.

The car's had an engine replacement in 2018 by the previous owner, have receipts from BM Workshop for some un-godly number. The replacement engine has the big stuff done.

First small job was to sort out the godawful (in my opinion) tail lights, I've also replaced the black BMW badge prior to the photo's below.

Next step will be bringing the car back to a factory look with standard wheels and removal of BLAAAACK additions.

I'm looking for a full set of genuine BMW Style 166 wheels that came standard on the E60 M5, as far as condition is concerned curbing doesn't bother me. Happy to pay a fair price for anything considered, a bonus if you're in Auckland.

The car is as of friday 'waiting for a part' with relation to the brakes. The carjam report shows the ownership has changed 3 times this year which is a little odd.

It's loud, not sure I'll be keeping it. The car came with it's original mufflers. Yep sold both the V70R and the S60R to the same guy, or should I say the father brought the V and his son brought the S.

G'dday, new member here who's taken the E60 M5 plunge just recently. The car is a 2008 BMW M5 and my focus will be bringing the car back to a factory look removing all of the BLACKKK stuff the previous owner/s have done.
