Wairau Paint centre can match your color paint and chuck it into a spray can, set up a make shift booth do a decent prep and do light consistent layers, chuck a clear on and you are set.

Thought I had fixed it but I haven't so I have e30 with an m20 engine who can scan it in Auckland to tell me why my car is idling high? Have checked for obvious vacuum leaks but havent had any luck.

Put a new battery in, swapped out some vacuum line and fixed a random air leak

I did it exactly like this but used thinners and acetone, worked a charm

I dropped my car off to the panel beaters the other day to get some work done on it. Part of this required the removal of the battery. The battery is well past its expiration date. No work required entry to the engine bay Before it was dropped off the idle was stable at about 950 cold and 750 warmed up and now it sits at 1500 cold and 1250 warm (approximates). When I first got the car back it would idle cold at 2000 and 1750 when warm, after a decent drive it dropped down to the 1500/1250 The idle is stable and the car still drives well, but rides high. My first guess at to what is happened is that the battery was removed and has been sitting there for 3 days slowly dying and now it cant hold a charge as well as before. Does that sound about right? Will a new battery solve my problem?

Ordered some sound deadening to lay in the footwells before I put the carpet back in. Ordered some off trademe as I didnt want to spend heaps. This stuff weights 4kgs per square meter so it's really dense, hopefully it will aid with reducing noise into the cabin.

i'd say images 3,5, 6(possibly) 7 and 8 have. You can see a prime example of it on image 5 with the double shadow on the wall beside the car.

With a little camber and a 235 tyre it looks like it may just fit. the 2.5 inch lip is definitely going to satisfy the WOF inspectors

It looks like atm I could easily get another half an inch in the back, but any more than that and im not sure. Does anyone here have 9 inch rears on an e30?

Im looking at rebuilding my current bbs wheels, im going to swap the rears with a 2 inch lip onto the front and take the 1.5 inch lips off the fronts, bolt on some 3 inch lips and chuck them on the back. Question is, will a 9 inch rim and suitable tyre fit under the guard for a wof? Is it going to work?
