It's not necessary, but there are some quirks if you don't. Higher idle. Revs sometimes shoot up a lil bit when changing gear.

It's just the beginning of the story if you snap the ezy out..

Have had brand new master cylinders that were crap, it was a certain brand, every replacement gave the same issue until changed to a different brand (was a cheap chinese type a lot of places sell these days, must of had a bad batch or some thing). Put a different brand in and it bled fine. So just because its new, you can't assume it is in good condition.

Did they not come out with this engine from factory?

In the url you need to change "threaded" to "linear". Or it might be the other way around, and it should change it back to normal.

Get a big pry bar between the control arm and strut, put some pressure on it and hit the side of the strut where the ball joint is with a big hammer. Keep the nut on the balljoint so you dont damage it if you miss..

Remove the entire strut and do it properly.

Scored a complete M42, electrics and everything, including a e36 manual conversion for less than $300. Pretty good deal

Prob scared they will blow up the gearbox.

Fuel pressure. Looks as if someone has installed an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator for some weird reason.. (and kept the factory one :S)

oil / grease.

Havent run it yet with this new clutch. They relined the old clutch disc with a new organic center.

Waiato brake and clutch modified mine to 2094lb's.. (950kg)
