They should have asked you before performing any work on your items, unless you signed any sort of agreement before you handed it over.

Wow, that's sexy. They've also put the same engine in a Z4..

Sexy M5 black on black on The Strand this afternoon - I pulled up beside you to get a look at the car. Awkward. Also saw E36, numberplate SACHI - board member?

Lovely car, wish I had the money to buy it. Best of luck with selling it to its next lucky owner.

Only one person has ever got out of a car to as a result of road road when HE cut me off and I had a horn-bash on him. Next set of lights he gets out of the car and abuses the hell out of me and tells me to pull over. Then he runs a red light to catch up to me again whilst telling me to pull over. Nerve-racking stuff.

Yup, Dad's sorting some Wet n Forget today as I've got 2 exams (Last day of exams! ) except they finish at 4:30 haha. I'll also pick up the waterblaster from our storage shed on the way to school this morning. -
Importer is pricing me up some factory clears.

@Cliff - Don't think we can do that as it is a short-term rental property. --- Yesterday I went to the house again, got up the driveway with the snow mode(?) + handbrake up a few clicks with a bit of wheel spin BUT it was sunny and in the afternoon. So I suppose ideal conditions.. but despite this, I also managed to slide a bit on the way down and had to back up a bit to get right around. Photos will come today. Are there any sorts of products I could lay on the driveway like a rubber based mat with a difference surface on top or am I going to have to try DIY something over the next weeks in which case: What materials would help to gain tractions to the ground? How would you suggest binding the mats to the ground? I was also considering trying to just texture some of the tiles somehow.. or apply something to some of the tiles but I've got no idea what... any suggestions? -
Those black one's look sick.

Ok, I'll try that later.. sh*t! It's nerve-racking because I don't want to tear the bumper or exhaust off. The sun being out today may help a bit though -
Not sure if they are genuine or not but as a replica what would they be worth and as real what would they be worth? How can I tell the difference? They should bolt straight onto my E39 if they are already on a 5 series highline?

Sorry for my ignorance but when I turn the car on my ASC light is off (it's the little triangle with a arrow or something around it right?) so I turn ASC off so the light comes on.. Then hold it down for 10 seconds? -

Sure do. Tried it with ASC on (default) and wheels spin. Tried it with ASC off and wheels SPIN -
Hi guys We're moving house tomorrow and I've been moving some of my stuff over myself but I am having real trouble getting back out of the driveway once I'm down, only gone down twice as a result of this. The driveway is about 20 metres long, but at around a 30 degree angle but curves as well. The surface are those many little pebbles but they're bound together by cement into tiles of sorts. It seems like only Mum's car can get down and back up as her's is 4WD. Mine gets massive wheel spin and dad's is too low to come out. My mate suggested waterblasting the driveway as it takes all of the slime and stuff off it, he also said that he thinks there is a chemical you can put on it which provides more friction or something like that? Are there any suggestions from the board members? There is parking inside the property at the top of the driveway but I would like to keep it in the garage if I could N.B Resurfacing the driveway is not possible.

I don't know anything about engine conversions but perhaps you should start a project thread. That way you get everything in one place, people also look through the projects forum to give advice, get ideas etc. so you'll be able to gather more information there I believe. Anyway, best of luck.
