I take no credit at all for this car as all of the work was undertaken by the family that we bought the car from. Its condition is the result of a 5 year restoration and it was rebuilt from the ground up. These guys have done one hell of a job and are true old school craftsmen. Now it just has to be maintained to this standard so much cleaning and pampering is ahead.

You should see the underneath of it, thats freaky

always pays to have those fire extinguishers handy Gus, in the car or the garage. Hope to be back at the beginning of June so Puke sounds sweet David. It will be like Taupo you can beat me all over again.

Fair enough. I will take some shots of the engine bay and under body etc and post them up as they are a fantastic credit to the guys who built this car

Got the paint done at Birkdale panel beaters (Glen and Geoff) and would highly recommend these guys. It was bloody hard to find people who were excited about refurb stuff but these really enjoyed it. Not to mention worked hard to achieve this as the car was pretty bad when i got it. Yep clears (fronts and sides) were from Eurolights off TradeMe. Will take some more shots tomorrow and post um up

Side. Following Taupo the next stage is suspension, then Alpina's and hopefully more power. Andy i have saved the engine bay clean for ya

I have been meaning to post pics of my M325 for a while now so here they are. Got the car about 6 months ago with help from Gus (sideways on Parnel rise proved car was generally ok) and it has been in bits ever since. First was a service, cambelt bla bla bla and then a full respray and a bit of rust removal. Wheel refurb and a replacement of the Beige interior. Got it back together for Taupo (thanks Andy and Bavarian) and cleaned it today.
